Dr. HalilRahman AÇAR Ekim 2003, 73 Sayfa Bu araştırmada toplumsal birlikteliğin temel etik gereksinimlerini keşfetmeye çalışıyorum. I. Bölüm felsefî bir disiplin olarak etiği ele alır ve çözümler. II. Bölüm birey kavramı ile uğraşır ve bireycilikten farkını ortaya koyar. III.Bölüm toplumsal birlikteliğin etik boyutları sorununa adanır. Bu nedenle iyi niyet, diyalog, tolerans vb. bazı kavramlar gözden geçirilir. IV. Bölümde etiğin siyasî boyutları araştırılır: Bir taraftan devlet yönetiminin tutunması gereken adalet, eşitlik, tarafsızlık gibi olumlu değerler, öbür taraftan devletin sakınması gereken örneğin ayırımcılık gibi olumsuz değerler incelenir. Sonuç olarak, toplumsal birliktelik için birey, toplum ve devlet alanındaki etik bilinç ve tutumlar, yasal düzenlemeleri önceler. Prof. HaliIRahman AÇAR October 2003, 73 pages In this research I try to disclose the basic requirements of the social unity. Chapter I treats ethics as a philosophical discipline and analyses it. Chapter II deals with the concept of individual and makes it difference from individualism. Chapter III is devoted to the issue of ethical dimensions of social unity. For this reason some concepts, such as good intention, dialogue, tolerance and so on are examined. In Chapter IV political dimensions of ethic are investigated. On the one hand, state goverment should take the positive values for instances, justice, equality, impartiality. One the other hand, it should avoid negative values, for example discrimination. As a conclusion, for the social unity ethical consciousness and attitudes in the sphere of individual, society and state take priority over laws.
