Abstract

Tezimizde büyük alim Husamuddinin Ali bin Abdullah el-Bitlisî er-Rumi el-Hanefi tarafından yazılan Camiut-Tenzil Vet-Te'vil adlı tefsir kitabının Amme Cüzünün tahkik ve tahllilini yaptık. Bu araştırma, ahlak, tezkiye, felsefe ve mantık gibi birkaç ilmi içinde barınmaktadır. Araştırmanın amacı, bu büyük tefsir eseri içerisinde bulunan işarî ve felsefî yorumları tespit edip incelemektir. Bu tez, önsöz, giriş, iki bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Girişte, işarî tefsirin tanımı, bu yorum yöntemini benimseyen ve reddeden âlimlerin görüşleri ele alınmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, yazarın hayatı ve ilgili el yazma tefsir eserinin üzerinde durulmaktadır. İkinci bölümde ise Nebe' Suresinden Nas Suresine kadar Amme Cüzü tahkik edilmiştir. Title: Jami' Al-Tanzil Wa Al-Taawil, studying and editing the chapter (Amma) of the commentary written by Sheikh Imam Husamaldeen Ali Bin Abdullah Albidlisi Alroomy Alhanafi. Research importance: This research gathers many sciences, self purification, ethics, especially philosophy and logic. The research aims at revealing of the indicative and philosophic trace in this great commentary.The thesis consists of a preface, introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. The introduction gives a definition of the indicative commentary and previous scientists' works and the rejecting views. The first chapter is titled the study part which includes the author's biography and study of the book. The second chapter is titled editing the manuscript which covers the whole Amma chapter from Alnabaa Surah to Alnas Surah.The most important conclusion of the research that the commentator Sheikh Bidlisi, May God have mercy on him, was a source that had provided the commentary with psychological education, known as the indication or the science of self purification and ethics and enriched this aspect of Holy Quran commentary.
