Abstract
VII ı.öz Bu çalışmada, Tip 2 diabetik hastalarda, eritrosit membran lipid peroksidasyonu ve enzimatik antioksidan sistem üzerine standart diabetik diyet tedavisinin etkileri araştırıldı. Bu amaçla tip 2 diabetik hastalara 2 ay süreyle (kalorinin %50-55'i karbonhidratlardan, %25-30'u yağlardan, %15'ide proteinden gelecek şekilde) diyet tedavisi uygulandı. Kontrol grubuna ise her hangi bir diyet tedavisi uygulanmadı. Tip 2 diabetiklerde diyet öncesi eritrosit membranı MDA seviyesi 1,91 nmol/1010 eritrosit, serum MDA 2,55, eritrosit SOD aktivitesi 2350,59 U/gHb, eritrosit GSH-Px 75,96 U/gHb, albumin 3,884 gl/dl, glikoz 138 mg/dl, total kolesterol 191, 46 mg/dl, LDL- kolesterol 121,66 mg/dl, trigliserid 183,93 mg/dl, total protein 7,02 g/dl, HDL-kolesterol 53,40 mg/dl, total bilirubin 0,45 mg/dl bulunurken; diyet sonrası eritrosit membranı MDA 1,56 nmol/1010 eritrosit, serum MDA 1,98, eritrosit SOD 2935,07 U/gHb, eritrosit GSH-Px 91,28 U/gHb, albumin 37,5 g/dl, glikoz 106,16 mg/dl, total kolesterol 174,50 mg/dl, LDL- kolesterol 112,76 mg/dl, trigliserid 124,56 mg/dl` total protein 7,16 g/dl HDL-kolesterol 50,46 mg/dl, total bilirubin 0,44 mg/dl bulundu. Kontrol grubunda ise diyet öncesi eritrosit membranı MDA seviyesi 1,18 nmol/1010 eritrosit, serum MDA 1,90, eritrosit SOD 32613 U/gHb, eritrosit GSH-Px 82,19 U/gHb, albumin 3,4 g/dl, glikoz 93,06 mg/dl, total kolesterol 184,30 mg/dl, LDL-kolesterol 101,26 mg/dl, trigliserid 149,86 mg/dl, total protein 6,73 g/dl, HDL-kolesterol 52,96 mg/dl, total bilirubin 0,55 mg/dl bulunurken; diyet sonrası eritrosit membran MDA 1,07 nmol/1010 eritrosit, serum MDA 1,83, eritrosit SOD 30,79 U/gHb, eritrosit GSH-Px 89,27 U/gHb, albumin 3,42 g/dl, glikoz 91,06 mg/dl, total kolesterol 188,80 mg/dl, LDL-kolesterol 107,96 mg/dl, trigliserid 147,06 mg/dl, total protein 7,25 g/dl, HDL-kolesterol 50,46 mg/dl, total bilirubin 0,44 mg/dl olarak bulundu Bulgulardan 2 aylık standart diyet tedavisinin (kalorinin %50-55'i karbonhidratlardan, %25-30'u yağlardan, %15'i de proteinden gelecek şekilde ayarlandı) tip 2 diabetik hastalarda enzimatik antioksidan kapasiteyi artırdığı ve lipid peroksidasyonunu azalttığı gözlenmiştir. ABSTRACT `Investigation of Effects of Dietary Treatment on Erythrocyte Membrane Lipid Peroxidation and Antioxidant in Patients with Type II Diabetes.` This study was carried out to investigate the effect of diet treatment on erythrocyte membrane lipid peroxidation and enzimatic antioxidant system in diabetic patient with type 2. For this purpose, standart diabetic diet treatment was applied to diabetic patients with type 2 for two months. Any diet treatment was applied to control group. In diabetics with type 2, before diet the levels of erythrocyte membrane MDA, Serum MDA level, albumin level, glucose level, total cholestrol level, LDL-cholesterol level, HDL-cholesterol level, triglyceride level, total protein level, total bilirubin level, erythrocyte SOD activity and erythrocyte GSH-Px activity were l,91nmol/1010 erythrocyte, 2,55nmol/ml, 3,884g/dl, 138mg/dl, 191,46mg/dl, 121,66mg/dl, 53,40mg/dl, 183,93mg/dl, 7,02g/dl, 0,45mg/dl, 2350,59U/gHb, 75,96U/gHb, respectively. After diet these parameters were found as following: 1,56 nmol/1010 erythrocyte, l,98nmol/ml, 3,75 g/dl, 106,16 mg/dl, 174,50 mg/dl, 112,76 mg/dl, 50,46mg/dl, 124,56 mg/dl, 7,16 g/dl, 0,44 mg/dl, 2935,07U/gHb, 91,28U/gHb, respectively. In control group, before the diet, the levels of erythrocyte membrane MDA level, Serum MDA level, albumin level, glucose level, total cholesterol level, LDL-cholesterol level,HDL-cholesterol level, tryglyceride level, total protein level, total bilirubin level erythrocyte SOD activity and erythrocyte GSH-Px activity were l,18nmol/1010 erythrocyte, l,90nmol/ml, 3,4g/dl, 93,06mg/dl, 184,30mg/dl, 101,26mg/dl, 52,96mg/dl, 149,86mg/dl, 6,73g/dl, 0,55mg/dl, 2613U/gHb, 82,19U/gHb, respectively. After diet,these parameters were found as followings: 1,07 nmol/1010 erythrocyte, l,83nmol/ml, 3,42 g/dl, 91,06 mg/dl, 188,80 mg/dl, 107,86 mg/dl, 50,42mg/dl, 147,06 mg/dl, 7,25 g/dl, 0,44 mg/dl, 30,79U/gHb, 89,27U/gHb, respectively.
