Türkiyede etkin olan terör örgütleri ve terörü önlemede toplum destekli polisliğin rölü: Siirt ili örneği

Abstract

Ülkemiz yaklaşık 50 yıldır terörle mücadele etmektedir. Bu mücadele esnasında maddi ve manevi kayıplarımız ölçülmez seviyededir. Terör Dünyada soğuk savaşın başlaması ile ülkemiz de faaliyet gösteren örgütler ve teröre neden olan konuları ayrıntılı bir şekilde incelemeye çalıştım. Terörle mücadele de çok boyutlu mücadeleye geçilmesi ile Toplum Destekli Polisin bölge de yürüttüğü projelerle polis halk ilişkilerindeki olumlu yönde gelişmeler olmuş ve terör örgütü PKK'yı rahatsız etmiştir. Bu çalışmanın konusu, Türkiye de terörün genel olarak nedenleri, ülkemizde etkin olan sol terör örgütleri, Dini Terör örgütlerini, Tezimin konusu Siirt ilindeki terörü önlemeye yönelik yürütülen projeleri ve Bölücü Terör örgütü PKK/KCK'yı PKK/KCK' ya katılma nedenlerini Siirt Toplum Destekli Polisliğin Terörü önlemek amaçlı yürüttüğü projelerin terörü önlemedeki rolü kanıtladım.

Turkey is fighting with terösists attacks about 50 years. With this fighting with terrorists organizations, Turkey has lost a lot of material and moral values. Terorism has started to be active in our country with the Cold War. And I tried to investigate active terorists organizations and the reasons of terorism in Turkey. With getting multidimensional fighting with terörist organizations, Projects which Community Policing has made in Siirt, İt was made the positive relations between Police and the community. Fort that reason it was made distraction on PKK Terorist Organization.The topic of this working including ; main reasons of terror in Turkey, Proscribed terrorist groups in Turkey, religious terrorist organizations, and the projects about to prevent terrorist attacks in Siirt and reason to taking part in PKK/KCK terrosit organization. I proved act of Siirt Community Policing to prevent getting in terrorist organization.
