Abstract

ÖZET 4-BENZOİL-5-FENİL- 1 -(2,4,6-TRİKLORO FENİL)- PİRAZOL-3-KARBOKSİLİK ASİDİN SENTEZİ VE REAKSİYONLARI BİLDİRİCİ, İshak Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Kimya Anabilin? Dalı Tez Danışmanı : Doç. Dr. Ahmet ŞENER Eylül 1999, 75 Sayfa 4-benzoil-5-fenil-2,3-furandion Q) bileşiği, lakton halkası bulundur duğundan dolayı aktif bir bileşiktir. Bu sebeple, termoliz, sikloadisyon ve nûkleofîlik katılma reaksiyonları vermektedir. Son yıllarda, i bileşiğinin çok sayıda reaksiyonu gerçekleştirilmiş ve bunun sonucunda heterosiklik bileşiklere yenileri eklenmiştir. Bu çalışmada, furandion (1) ve 2,4,6-trikloro fenil hidrazin'in reaksiyonundan 2 ve 1 bileşikleri elde edilmiştir. Ayrıca, 2 bileşiğinin müteakip reaksiyonları gerçekleştirilmiş ve 2 bileşiğinin yeni heterosiklik türevlerinin sentez leri başarılmıştır. Elde edilen bu bileşiklerin yapılan, elementel analiz, İR, 'H-NMR ve,3C- NMR spektrumlan ile aydınlatılmışlardır. ABSTRACT SYNTHESIS AND REACTIONS OF 4-BENZO YL-5-PHEN YL- 1 -(2,4,6-TRİCHLOROPHENYL)- PYRAZOLE-3-CARBOXYLIC ACID BİLDİRİCİ, İshak Msc, Chemistry Science Supervisor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet ŞENER September 1999, 75 Pages 4-beiizoyl-5-phenyI-2,3-furandione (JJ, contain lactone ring, so it is an active compound. For this reason, I gives reactions of thermolise, cycloaddition and nücleophilic addition. Recently, many reactions of the compound L have been realised and consequently, heterocyclic chemistry have been gained certain new compounds. In this study, there have been obtained compounds, 2 and 3, from reaction of furandione I and 2,4,6-trichloro phenyl hydrazine. Additionally, there have been realised following reactions of compound, 2 and the synthesis of new heterocyclic derivatives of compound 2. have been achieved. Elucidation of the structures of these compounds have been carried out by elemental analysis, IR, 'H-NMR and `C-NMR spectrums.
