Abstract
Bu çalışmada sırasıyla N- nükleofiller ve çeşitli karbonillerle yeni bisiklik oksalil bileşiği olan 4-benzoil-5 fenil-2,3-furandionun nükleofilik ve siklokatılma reaksiyonları araştırıldı.Sonuç olarak sırasıyla 4-benzoil-1-(4-metoksifenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karboksilik asit (VR-1), 4-benzoil-1-(4-metoksifenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karbonil klorür (VR-2), 4-benzoil-1-(4-metoksifenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karboksamit (VR-3), 4-benzoil-1-(4-metoksifenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karbo-nitril (VR-4), (1-(4-metoksifenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-4-il)(fenil)metan-on (VR-5), 2-(4-metoksifenil)-3,4,6-trifenil-2H-pirazol[3,4-d]piridazin-7(6H)-on (VR-6), 2-(4-metoksifenil)-6-(2-nitrofenil)-3,4-difenil-2H-pirazol[3,4-d]piridazin-7(6H)-on (VR-7), 2-(4-metoksifenil)-3,4-difenil-2H-pirazol[3,4-d]piridazin-7(6H)-on (VR-8), 4-benzoil-1-(4-metoksifenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karboksilik asit metil esteri (VR-9), 4-benzoil-1-(4-metoksifenil)-5-fenil-1H pirazol-3-karboksilik asit propil esteri (VR-10), 4-benzoil-1-(4-metoksifenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karboksilik asit N-etilamid (VR-11), 4-benzoil-1-(4-metoksifenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karboksilik asit N-bütilamid (VR-12), 1-(4-benzoil-1-(4-metoksifenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karbonil)-3-metilüre (VR-13), 1-(4-benzoil-1-(4-metoksifenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karbonil)-3-etilüre (VR-14), 1-(4-benzoil-1-(4-metoksifenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karbonil)-3-tert-bütilüre (VR-15), 1-(4-benzoil-1-(4-metoksifenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karbonil)-3-fenilüre (VR-16), 1-(4-benzoil-1-(4-metoksifenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karbonil)-3-benzilüre (VR-17) heterosiklik bileşiklerinin izolesi gerçekleştirildi.Bu bileşiklerin yapıları elementel analiz, IR, 13C-NMR ve 1H-NMR spektrumları ile aydınlatıldı. In this study, 4-benzoyl-5 Phenyl-2,3-furandion?s which is a new bicyclic compound of N-nucleophiles and various carbonyl oksalil, nucleophilic and cyclo-addition reactions waere investigated.As a result, respectively, isolation of heterocyclic compounds of 4-benzoyl-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid (VR-1), 4-benzoyl-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carbonyl chloride (VR-2), 4-benzoyl-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxamide (VR-3), 4-benzoyl-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carbonitrile (VR-4), (1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5-phenyl-1-H-pyrazol-4-yl)(phenyl)methanone (VR-5), 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-3,4,6-triphenyl-2H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyridazin-7(6H)-one (VR-6), 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-6-(2-nitrophenyl)-3,4-diphenyl-2H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyridazin-7(6H)-one (VR-7), 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-3,4-diphenyl-2H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyridazin-7(6H)-one (VR-8), methyl 4-benzoyl-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylate (VR-9), propyl 4-benzoyl-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylate (VR-10), 4-benzoyl-N-ethyl-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxamide (VR-11), 4-benzoyl-N-butyl-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxamide (VR-12), 1-(4-benzoyl-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carbonyl)-3-methylurea (VR-13), 1-(4-benzoyl-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carbonyl)-3-ethylurea (VR-14), 1-(4-benzoyl-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carbonyl)-3-tert-butylurea (VR-15), 1-(4-benzoyl-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carbonyl)-3-phenylurea (VR-16), 1-(4-benzoyl-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carbonyl)-3-benzylurea (VR-17) were taken placed.The structure of these compounds were revealed by elemental analysis, IR, 13C-NMR ve1H-NMR spectrums.
