Avrupa Birliği`nin finansal geleceği

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Avrupa birliğinin finansal yapısı geçmişten bugüne incelenmiştir. Avrupa birliğinin bölgedeki barışı sağlamasının yanında ekonomik açıdan dayanışmayı ve birlikteliği sağlamak gibi önemli amaçları olduğu açıklanmıştır. AB ekonomik birlik olarak ilk yıllarında sağladığı başarıyı son yıllarda sergileyememektedir. Araştırmacılar bu durumun sebebi olarak bazı dış faktörleri ve birliğin yapılanmasında oluşan iç sorunları göstermektedirler. Gidişatın bu şekilde devam etmesi halinde AB'nin finansal geleceğini bekleyen olası senaryolar değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde ise AB'nin finansal geleceğini olumlu yönde etkileyeceği düşünülen bir takım çözüm önerileri ve tedbirlere yer verilmiştir.

In this study, the structure of European Union from past to future has been examined. Besides to providing peace in the territory of Europe thanks to EU, unity and solidarity have occurred in this region in the economical aspect. These two are very crucial aims of EU and these have been explained in this work. EU had succeeded in the early years but it has not indicated the same success in the last terms. The researchers have declared that the reasons of this situation are some outer factors and some problems that have originated from the settlement of the union. The possible financial future scenarios of EU have been evaluated in this study if the process of development of EU continues in this manner. In the final section, some suggestions to solve the problems and the precautions to these which can affect the financial future of AB positively have been placed.
