dc.description.abstractÖZET VELİ VE Ö?RETMENLERİN ALGILARINA GÖRE İLKOKUL. REHBERLİK UZMANININ ROLÜ VE İŞLEVİ Bu çalışmanın amacı veli ne öğretmenlerin algılarına göre ilkokul rehberlik uzmanının rolü ve işlevini belirlemektir. Çalışmada yer alan örneklem grubunu ODTÜ Geliştirme Vakfı özel ilkokulundan 146 veli ve 17 öğretmen oluşturmuştur. Toplanan verilerin ortalama, standart sapma, frekans ve frekans yüzdelerinin istatistiksel analizleri yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda ilkokul rehberlik hizmetlerinin gerekliliği ve önemi konusunda veli ve öğretmenlerin görüş Dirliğinde oldukları saptanmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda rehberlik hizmet alanları gereklilik sırasına göre şöyle sıralanmıştır: Psikolojlk danışma, bireyi tanıma, araştırma değerlendirme, oriyantasyon (okula alıştırma) ve yerleştirme, konsültasyon (müşavirlik), İzleme ve çevre İle ilişkiler.
dc.description.abstractAbsract of Master Thesis Presented to the Institute of Social Sciences of the niddle East Technical University in Partial Fulfillment of the requirements for the degree Master of Science A STUDY ON THE THE ROLES AND FUNCTIONS OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL COUNSELORS AS PERCEIVED BY PARENTS AND TEACHERS by ENGİN, Cennot February 1991 The purpose of tnis study was to determine the roles and functions of elementary school counselor as perceived by parents and teachers. The subjects of the study were 146 parents and 17 teachers from UDTU Geliştirme Vakti Özel İlkokulu. Elementary school Guidance Services Inventory was used to collect data. Tne instrument was prepared by the researcher. Quantitative analyses involving means, standard deviations, absolute and relative frequencies were utilized to analyze data.The data analysis revealed that the parents and teachers agreed on the Importance and necessity or guidance services in elementary school. According to necessity of guidance services trie service areas were ranked as the following by both parents and teachers: Counseling, appraisal of students, research and evaluation, orientation and placement, Information, consultation, follow-up and referral.en_US
