1426 no`lu (Hicri 1312 / Miladi 1895) Giresun Şer`iyye Sicilinin transkripsiyonu ve değerlendirmesi

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında, (Hicri 1311-1312 / Miladi 1895-1896) yıllarına ait `1426 Numaralı Giresun Şer'iye Sicilinin transkripsiyonu yapılarak, defterde bulunan belgeler ışığında adı geçen dönemde Giresun'daki idarî, sosyo – ekonomik, dinî ve kültürel yapı değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmamız giriş ile birlikte üç bölümden meydana gelmiştir. Giriş bölümünde araştırmanın amacı ve önemi, araştırmanın temel kavramları, yöntem ve verilerin çözümlenmesi ele alınmıştır. İlk bölümde `1426 Numaralı Giresun Şer'iye Sicili Defteri` nin transkripsiyonlu metni yer almaktadır. İkinci bölümde ise, defteri oluşturan belgeler konularına göre ayrılmış, daha sonra her bir konu bu belgeler çerçevesinde ayrı ayrı değerlendirilmiştir. 1895 - 1896 yıllarında Giresun şehrinin idarî, sosyo – ekonomik, dînî ve kültürel yapısı hakkında transkripsiyonu yapılan belgelerden istifade edilerek bilgiler verilmiştir.Anahtar kelimeler: Kadı, Mahkeme, Ser'iyye Sicili, Giresun

This thesis aims to transcribe `The Court Register Number 1426 of Giresun` which belongs to the years 1895 - 1896 (Hegira 1311 -1312) and to evaluate Giresun's govermental, socio-economic, religious and cultural structures in the light of the documents in the register. Our work consists of three parts. The purpose and importance of research, the basic concepts of research methods and data analysis are discussed in the introduction. In the first part, the transcribed version of the text of `Court Register Number 1426 of Giresun`. In the second part, the documents that constitute court registers are classified according to their topics, and then each topic is evaluated separately in the framework of these documents. It is given information on the govermental, socio-economic, religious and cultural structures of Giresun between the years of 1895 -1896 with the help of the documents which has been transcribed before.Key Words: Judge, Court, Court register, Giresun
