Samsun ekolojik şartları altında yetiştirilen bazı pırasa çeşitlerinin morfolojik özellikleri ve mahsüldarlıkları üzerine bir araştırma

Abstract

8, ÖZET Bu çalışma 1987-1988 yıllarında 15 pırasa çeşidi ile Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesinin araştırma arazisinde yapılmış tır. Çeşitlerin fenolojik gözlemleri yapılmış, morfolojik ö- zellikleri ile mahsüldarlıkları incelenmiştir. i Araştırmadan aşağıdaki sonuçlar alınmıştır. 1. Çalışmada yer alan çeşitler ekimden itibaren 7-26 gün arasında çimlenmiştir. En erken Ç6 ile Çg; en geç olarak ^11 Cimlenm:*-S`bi:r« 2. Göçertme 10-13-14 Temmuz 1987 tarihlerinde tüm çe- I şitlerde yapılmıştır. 3. Denemeye alınan tüm çeşitlerde hasat 3 farklı zaman- da (18.02.1988-7.04.1988-27.04.1988) yapılmıştır. Hasatta göv de çapının 2.5 cm. olması kıstas olarak alınmıştır. 4. Hastalıklara en hassas çeşitler Ç,~ ve Çg'dir. 9 çe şitte hastalık görülmemiştir. 5. Yaprak sayısı en fazla olan çeşit Ç, (15.88 adet); en az olan çeşit ise Ç (15.08 adet) dir. 6. Bitki boyu en uzun olan çeşit Ç, (74.4 cm.); en kısa ollan çeşit ise Ç (63.63 cm.) olduğu tesbit edilmiştir. 7» Toprak üstü kısmının ağırlığı en fazla olan çeşit ı 0, (196.5 gr.); en az olan çeşit ise Ç^ (150.75 gr.) olduğu saptanmıştır. i 8. Bitki kök ağırlığı en fazla olan çeşit Çız, (43.25 gr); en az olan çeşit Ç^ (34- gr) olarak bulunmuştur, 9. Saçak köklerin kapladığı alan en fazla Ç,,- da (1133.54 2 ° cm ). en az ise Ç~ de (200.96 cmf~) olarak bulunmuştur.62 10. Saçak kök uzunluğu en fazla Ç^ de (17.91 cm); en az İse Ç_ de (14.88 cm) olarak bulunmuştur. 11. En uzun yaprağın uzunlusunun en fazla olduğu çeşit Ç (74.4 cm); en az olduğu çeşit ise Q14 olup; 63.63 cm'dir. 12. En uzun yaprağın genişliği en fazla Çp de (4.31cm); en az ise Ç da (3.58 cm) olarak bulunmuştur. 13. Toplam yaprak ağırlığı en az Ç^ de (93.9 S^) ; en faz la ise Ç de (115.25 gr) olduğu bulunmuştur. 14. Gövde uzunluğu en az olan çeşit Qy^ (15 cm): en fazla olan çeşit Ç _ de (26.73 cm) bulunmuştur. 15. Gövdede beyaz kısmın uzunluğu en fazla ç,p de (6.05 cm); en az olan çeşit ise Ç olup 4.95 cm'dir. 16. Gövde kalınlığı en fazla olan çeşit Ç, p olup 3. 07 cm; en az olan çeşit ise Ç olup 2.33 cm'dir. 17. Gövde ağırlığı en fazla olan çeşit Ç-,g olup 118.25 gp?« en az olan çeşit ise Ç ^ olup 82.13 gr'dır. 18. Kök sayısı en fazla olan çeşit Çn olup 137 adet; en fazla olan çeşit Ç K olup 470 adettir. 19. Denemeye alman pırasa çeşitlerinde fide dikiminde yaprak rengi normal yeşil olarak tesbit edilmiştir. Fiasatta ise grimsi yeşil olanlar ve yeşil olanlar olmak üzere iki grupta top lanmıştır. 20. Denemeye alman pırasa çeşitlerinde dikimde gövdenin yeşilimsi kısmının renkleri iki grupta toplanmıştır. Açık yeşil ve sarımsı yeşil olmak üzere. Hasatta ise acık yeşil, sarımsı yeşil ve sarı olanlar 'olmak üzere üç grupta toplanmaktadır. 21. Kök renkleri dikimde açık sarı olanlar; No mal sarı63 olanlar, Koyu sarı olanlar ve turuncumsu sarı olanlar olmak üzere 4 grupta toplanmıştır. Hasatta ise Açık sarı olanlar, Normal sarı olanlar, Koyu sarı olanlar, Turuncumsu sarı olan lar olmak üzere 4- grupta toplanmıştır. 22. Parsele ve dekara verim bakımından en iyi çeşit ler Ç (Beyaz Kalem Pırasa) ve Ço (Bafra yerli çeşit) olup parsele verimleri 9.96-9.97 kg' dır. Dekara verimleri ise 5773.91-5779.71 kg. arasındadır. Verimi en az olan çeşit ise i Ç-2 (Demirci) olup parsele verimi 8.60 kg., dekara verimi ise '4-985.51 kg. dır.

I ' 6-The lenght of plant which is the tallest variety is Vjariety, (74.4 cm); the shortest Variety is Variety-,^ (63.63 cm). 7-The top ground of part heaviress which is the most variety (196.5 gr) ; the least variety is Variety (150.75 gr). 8-The plant root of heaviness which is the most variety is Variety -.^ (43.25 gr); the least variety is Variety. (470 Number). 19-In leek varieties about testing and in planted of sleedling colour of leaf was found normal green. In harvesting;.grey as green and 2«green thinking that they are total two groups. 20-In leek varieties about testing to planted of trunk part df, as green colour total have 2 groups. One of them has light green, another hasyellow as green. In harvesting; 1. light green, 2. yellow ; ' as, green and 3 yellow thinking that they are total three groups. Output in plot of land were 9.96-9.97 kg. Output in a thousand square metres lond are bstween 5773.91 and 5779.71 kg. Because of Output at least Variety i .s Variety, o (Blacksmith). Output in plot of land of its is 8.60 kg. output in a thousand square metres land is 4-985.51 kg.
