İsrail`in siyasi yapısındaki Rus yahudilerin rolü

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Rus Yahudileri'nin İsrail'in siyasal sistem yapısındaki rolünü belirleyerek ve devletin hem iç hem de dış siyasi gündemini etkileme yeteneğini tespit ederek bir sonuca ulaşmayı hedeflemektedir.Son dönemlerdeki seçimlerde net olarak görüldüğü üzere, Rus Yahudileri'nin İsrail'in siyasal sistem yapısındaki rolü gittikçe artmaktadır. Bu bağlamda özellikle 2009 seçimlerinde Knesset'te 15 koltuk elde eden Rus Yahudileri'nin siyasi partisi Yisrael Beiteinu'nun İsrail'in güvenlik ve dış politikanın gündem maddelerini ne kadar etkilediği de tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.Varılan sonuç, ülkenin siyasal sistem yapısını doğrudan etkileyen seçim sonuçlarının, büyük ölçüde Rus Yahudileri'nin destekleri ile belirleyici olmasıdır. Bugün Rus Yahudileri'nin İsrail dış politikasını etkileme gibi yüksek potansiyellerinin henüz tam anlamıyla ortaya çıkmamasına rağmen bu cemaatin İsrail'in iç siyasi gündeminin yönünü değiştirebilme gücünün arttığı açıkça görülmektedir.

This thesis is trying to reach a conclusion by determining the role of Russian Jews in the structure of Israel?s political system and at the same time by finding their ability to influence both internal and external political agenda of the state.As it can be clearly seen in the recent elections, the role of Russian Jews in the structure of Israel?s political system is increasing. In this context, it was also tried to determine the influence of Russian Jews? political party Yisrael Beiteinu that won 15 seats in Knesset during the 2009 elections, on Israel?s foreign and security policies agenda.The conclusion is; Israeli election results that directly affect the structure of the country?s political system are largely determined by the vote of the Russian Jews. Today, Russian Jews in Israel do not reveal the full meaning of their high political potential to the state?s foreign policy. Despite that the increased influence of this community to change the direction of Israel?s domestic political agenda can be clearly seen.
