Mesleki eğitim ve öğretim sisteminin güçlendirilmesi projesi (MEGEP)?in değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, Mesleki ve Teknik Eğitim veren okullarda çalışan öğretmenlerin Mesleki Eğitim ve Öğretim Sisteminin Güçlendirilmesi Projesi (MEGEP)?e ilişkin değerlendirmelerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bu doğrultuda, İstanbul Avrupa yakasında bulunan meslek liselerinde çalışan öğretmenlere Ufuk Ata tarafından geliştirilen MEGEP anketi ve araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan kişisel bilgi formu dağıtıldı. Araştırma sonucunda 245 öğretmenden alınan verilere göre, öğretmenlerin genelde projeyi orta karar olumlu buldukları belirlendi. Projenin başarısının değerlendirilmesinde cinsiyet değişkeninin bir farklılık göstermemesine rağmen bazı maddelerde kıdem arttıkça memnuniyet seviyesinin azaldığı görüldü.

In this research, the aim was to determine the assessment of teachers working in Vocational and Technical High Schools about Strengthening Vocational Education and Training Project (SVET). For this purpose, a SVET questionnaire developed by Ufuk Ata and a demographic information form prepared by the researcher were handed out to those teachers working in vocational schools on the European side of Istanbul. According to data received from 245 teachers, it was stated that on avarage teachers found the project moderately positive. In the assessment of the success of the project there was no difference by gender. However, based on some items, teachers became less favourable with seniority.
