Marmaray Projesi`nin kara yolu ulaşımından kaynaklanan sera gazı emisyonlarına etkisi

Abstract

Ulastırma sektörünün sera gazı emisyonlarının salınımındaki payını azaltabilmekamacıyla ülkemizde çesitli projeler yürütülmektedir. Bu projelerin en önemlilerindenbiri ise, stanbul bogazı demiryolu bogaz tüp geçisi ve Gebze ? Halkalı banliyöhatlarının iyilestirilmesi projesi olarak adlandırılan Marmaray projesidir. Bu çalısmakapsamında da Marmaray projesinin sera gazı emisyonlarına etkisi arastırılmıstır.Hesaplamalar esnasında IPCC tarafından önerilen ve detaylı TIER 2 ve TIER 3yaklasımları olarak anılan modeller kullanılmıstır. Böylece Marmaray projesininkarbondioksit, metan, diazotmonoksit, azotoksitler, karbonmonoksit ve NMVOCgazlarının atmosfere daha az salınımına olan katkısı hesaplanmıstır. Ayrıca dahagerçekçi bir sonuç elde edebilmek amacıyla Marmaray hattında tüketilen enerjininüretilmesi için atmosfere salınan karbondioksit miktarı bulunmus, böylece net salınankarbondioksit emisyonu hesaplanmıstır. Araç doluluk oranlarına göre gelistirilmissenaryolarla günde en az 530 ton en çok 3780 ton karbondioksitin daha az salınacagıelde edilmistir.Bunun yanı sıra Marmaray projesinin verilerinden yararlanarak olusturulan modellersayesinde, insanların araç kullanım alıskanlıklarına yön verebilecekleri bir kaynakolusturulmustur. Sonuç olarak yüksek emisyon standartlarındaki veya düsük emisyonfaktörüne sahip araçların kullanılmasının, toplu tasımacılıgın tercih edilmesinin veemisyon hesaplamaları yapılırken bogaz köprüsü geçislerinin dikkate alınmasınıngerekliligi ortaya çıkmıstır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Küresel Isınma, Ulastırma, Marmaray Projesi

Several projects are under process in our country to be able to lower the portion of thetransportation sector about the releases of the greenhouse gases. One of the mostimportant projects is bosphorus railway tunnel cross and the rehabilitation of theGebze-Halkalı railways which is also called as Marmaray. In the frame of this thesis theeffects of the Marmaray project to the greenhouse gas emissions are studied.During the calculations detailed TIER 2 and TIER 3 approaches recommended by IPCCare used. So the amount of the carbondioxide, methane, dinitrogenmonoxide,nitrogenoxides, carbonmonoxide and NMVOC gases released less to the atmosphere,with the usage of Marmaray is calculated. Also to be able to gain a more realistic result,the amount of carbondioxide gases released to produce the energy that will be used bythe Marmaray line is found so the net amount of the carbondioxide gas released iscalculated. With the scenarios built up according to the passenger amounts in thevehicles, min 530 ton, max 3780 ton carbondioxide will be released less per day.Beside this, with the models built up according to the data of the Marmaray project, asource that can give a way to the vehicle usage habits of people is obtained. In conclusionthe importance of using of the vehicles with high emission standards or low emissionfactors, preferring the bulk transportation or taking into consideration the realbosphorus cross data during emission calculations is understood.Keywords: Global Warming, Transportation, Marmaray Project
