Kekemeliğin psikolojik ve psikanalitik açıdan incelenmesi

Abstract

Kekemelik şikayeti ve belirtileri bulunan 4-30 yaş arasında 45 hasta, 40 erkek ve 5 kadın zeka ve kişilik testleri ile ve psikanalitik bir anamnez alınarak incelenmiştir. Kontrol grubu hasta grubundaki her vakanın yaş, cins ve sosyo ekonomik durum özellikleri eşleştirilerek seçilmiş ve hasta grubunda olduğu gibi incelenmiştir. İncelemelerle ve her iki grubun karşılaştırılmasıyla elde edilen bilgilerden literatürle bağlantılı sonuçlara varılmıştır.

45 patients (40 male and 5 female) between the range of 4 to 30 years with complaints lnd symptoms of stuttering have been examined by means of psychoanalitically oriented case histories as well as by the application of personality and intelligence tests. A control group of 45 subjects were matched with the group of patients according to their age, sex and socio economic status variables and have been examined in the same way as the patient group. The findings obtained from the examination of the stutterin group as well as the the comparison of the two groups led to the conclusion in accordance with literature.
