Yalın üretim sisteminin süreç iyileştirmesine etkisi: Bir tekstil firmasında uygulama

Abstract

Yalın üretimin çıkış noktası yalın düşüncedir. Bu düşüncenin amacı; israflardan arındırılmış üretim aşamalarının verimlilik ve etkinlik sonuç analizlerini ortaya koyarak, maliyeti en az düzeye indirmek ve tüketiciye mükemmel değerler ulaştırmaktır. Yalın üretim sistemi, Taiichi Ohno'nun liderliğinde İkinci Dünya savaşının sonlanması sonrasında, Toyota'nın Motor fabrikasında hayata geçirilen bir sürekli gelişme ve iyileşme düşüncesidir. İşletmeler , maliyeti düşürmek, yüksek kalitede ürün üretmek hedeflerine ulaşmak için, yöneticileriyle, tedarikçileriyle ve tüm çalışanlarıyla bu düşünceyi benimsemeli uyum içinde uygulamalıdırlar.Çalışmada ilk olarak yerli ve yabancı kaynaklardan literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Literatür taraması sonrasında çalışmanın teorik alt yapısı hazırlanmıştır. Teorik alt yapı oluşturulduktan sonra, araştırmanın uygulama kısmını hazırlamak ve Kahramanmaraş ilinde faaliyet gösteren bir tekstil işletmesinde bu uygulamanın sonuçlarını ortaya koymak ve yalın üretim tekniklerinin, üretim sürecinde oluşan israfların ortadan kaldırılmasına etkilerinin olup olmadığını belirlemek amaçlanmıştır.

The starting point of lean manufacturing is lean thinking. The purpose of this thought is; to minimize the cost and deliver excellent values to the consumer by revealing the efficiency and effectiveness result analysis of the production stages free from waste. The lean manufacturing system is an idea of continuous improvement and improvement implemented in Toyota's Engine factory after the end of the Second World War under the leadership of Taiichi Ohno. Businesses should adopt this idea with their managers, suppliers and all employees in order to achieve their goals of reducing costs and producing high quality products.In the study, firstly, literature review was made from domestic and foreign sources. After the literature review, the theoretical background of the study was prepared. After establishing the theoretical infrastructure, it was aimed to prepare the application part of the research and to reveal the results of this application in a textile enterprise operating in Kahramanmaraş and to determine whether lean production techniques have an effect on the elimination of waste in the production process.
