16. yüzyıl Osmanlı devlet yönetim sisteminde Enderun Saray Mektebi`nin yeri ve yönetim sistemi üzerindeki etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, 16. yüzyılda Enderun Saray Mektebinde verilen eğitim ile Enderun Saray Mektebi'nin Osmanlı Devlet Yönetim sistemi üzerindeki etkisini ortaya koymaktır.Konu, tarihsel yöntemden yararlanılarak çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada, 16.yüzyılda Osmanlı Devletinde Enderun Saray Mektebi'nin önemi, bir bütünlük içinde ele alınmıştır. Veriler, kütüphane, internet kaynakları kullanılarak tarama yöntemiyle toplanmıştır. Konu ile ilgili tarihi kaynaklar, tezler ve araştırmalardan istifade edilmiştir. Tüm kaynaklar, bilimsel yöntemlere göre tasnifi yapıldıktan sonra; tahlil edilerek yorumlanmıştır.Bu araştırmada, yönetim evreninde Osmanlı devlet yönetimi örneklemi, yönetici evreninde; üst düzey yönetici dikkate alınmaktadır. Eğitim evrenindeyse, üst düzey yönetici eğitimi araştırılmaktadır.Araştırmada önce Osmanlı Devlet Yönetim Sistemi hakkında bilgi verilmiş, ardından genel olarak Osmanlı eğitimine değinilmiş sonrasındaysa Enderun Saray Mektebi'nin detaylı tanıtımına geçilerek her yönüyle incelenmeye çalışılmıştır.Edinilen tüm sonuçlar maddeler halinde sonuç bölümünde verilmiştir.

The purpose of this study is to put forward the effect over the Ottoman Empire Management System with the education which was given in Enderun Palace School at the 16th century. The subject is studied with using historical method. In the search, the importance of the Enderun Palace School in the Ottoman Empire at the 16th century is discussed in a complete way. The datas were gathered after various sources such as libraries and the internet had been searched thoroughly. Historical sources, thesises and researches were used. All of the resources were analized and classified according to scienctific methods and then discussed. At this stage of the research, while presenting examples of the rulership conducted by the Ottoman Administration, the education focusing on how to school high administrators were analized while the research regarding the educational section, focuses on high administrative indoctrination. In the research, first it was informed about Ottoman Empire Management System, then in general, it was mentioned to Ottoman Education, after that skipping to detailed presantation of Enderun Palace School, tried to examine with every aspects. The results which were gained are given itemized in the conclusion part.
