İnşaat sektöründe yüksekte çalışanların iş sağlığı ve güvenliği farkındalıklarının eğitim durumlarına göre incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma; inşaat sektöründe yüksekte çalışan işçilerin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği ile ilgili farkındalık düzeylerinin eğitim seviyelerine göre artış gösterdiği düşüncesini araştırmak için yapılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında öncelikle iş sağlığı ve güvenliği ve yüksekte çalışma konularıyla ilgili genel bilgiler verilmiştir. Sonrasında inşaat sektöründe özellikle yüksekte yoğun olarak çalışan işçilerden oluşan bir örneklem ile yüz yüze anket çalışması yapılmış ve bulgular SPSS programında analiz edilerek yanıtların frekans ve yüzde değerleri verilmiştir. Son bölümde, yapılan analizler sonucunda bulguların eğitim seviyesine göre ne şekilde değişiklik gösterdiği tablolar ve grafiklerle ortaya konmuştur. İnşaat sektöründe yüksekte çalışan işçilerin farkındalık düzeylerinin eğitim seviyeleriyle doğru orantılı olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bu konuyla ilgili mevcut durumun iyileştirilmesi için yapılması gerekenler konusunda sonuç kısmında önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

The aim of this study was to research about the thought that the level of awareness of the workers working at height in the construction industry related to occupational health and safety increased according to the level of their education. Within the scope of the research, general information about occupational health and safety and working at height was given. Afterwards, a face-to-face questionnaire study was applied with a sample of workers working in the construction industry, especially at heights, and the findings were analyzed with SPSS program and frequency and percentage values of the responses were given. In the last chapter, the results of the analyzes that the findings change according to the level of education showed by the tables and graphs. It has been concluded that awareness levels of workers working in the construction industry are directly proportional to their level of education. In the conclusion part, suggestions have been made on the things that need to be done to improve the current situation.
