İnşaat sektöründe İSG proseslerinin belirlenmesi üzerine karar destek sistemi uygulamasının geliştirilmesi

Abstract

İnşaat sektöründe iş güvenliği uzmanları şantiye sahalarında problemlerlekarşılaşmaktadır. Bu problemlerden biriside çalışma ortamının düzensiz olmasısebebiyle iş güvenliği uzmanlarının dökümantasyon sürecinde yaşadıklarıdır.İş güvenliği uzmanlarının işverenlerle birlikte yaptığı çalışmaların saklanmasıve aynı zamanda takibinin yapılması iş sağlığı ve güvenliği açısından oldukça önemteşkil etmektedir.Microsoft Excel yardımıyla geliştirmiş olduğumuz bu sistemle, iş güvenliğiuzmanları hizmet verdikleri şantiyelerde takibini yapması gereken prososesleriprogram üzerine veri girişlerini sağlayarak, işyerinde yapması gerekenler ve bunlarınönem dereceleri ve genel olarak işyerinde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği çalışmalarının nedurumda olduklarını kolaylıkla gözlemleyebileceklerdir.Geliştirilen sistem sayesinde iş güvenliği uzmanları eksikliklerini kolaycatespit edecek, bu eksikliklerin arasından kendi puanlama sistemine göre vermiş olduğupuanlar neticesinde eksiklilklerin önem sırasını gözlemleyecektir. Bu sayede iş kazasıve meslek hastalıklarının önüne geçebilmek adına işyerinin mevcut iş sağlığı vegüvenliği durumunu görerek gerekli tespit ve önerilerde bulunabilecektir.Anahtar Kelimeler: İnşaat sektörü, İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği, Karar desteksistemleri

There are several problems that occupational safety experts face inconstruction sites. One of them is the difficulties experienced during thedocumentation process due to irregular working environments.In terms of occupational health and safety, it is quite important to keep andfollow up the work done by occupational safety experts with employers.By entering data on the program, occupational safety experts will be able toeasily observe the processes which they have to follow up at the work sites given aservice, the works they have to do in the workplace, the importance levels of theseworks and generally the status of occupational health and safety studies in theworkplace, by means of this developed system with Microsoft Excel.The developed system provides the occupational safety experts withopportunity to easily identify their deficiencies and to observe the importance level ofthe deficiencies as a result of the scores they give according to their own scoringsystem. Thanks to the system, required evaluations and suggestions will be indicatedin order to prevent occupational accidents and occupational diseases, by taking intoconsideration the occupational health and safety status of the workplace .Key Words: Construction industry, Occupational health and Safety, Decisionsupport systems
