Abstract

Üzerinde çeşitli tartışmaların yapıldığı, insanlar üzerinde cezbedici,sorgulayan ve kafa karıştırıcı bir etki bırakan Çağdaş Sanat günümüzde sergileneneserleri ile hala `Bunu sanat yapan şey nedir?` sorusunun cevabını aramaktadır.Çalışmada hala güncelliğini koruyan bu sorulara cevap arayan gözlemciler tarafındaneserlerin nasıl farklı yorumlandığına,algılandığına değinilirken, çagdaş sanatıntanımı, tarihi süreci ve anlatım dilleri olan enstlasyon ve video art calışmaları ilebirlikte, öncüleri ve calışmaları a nlatıldı.Anahtar kelime: Çagdaş sanat, enstalasyon, video art, algı

Contemporary Art is an art movement that is contested and discussed on the one hand, and charming, confusing and also questioned on the other, and thus, with its exhibitions, it makes its viewers pose the question 'What makes this art?'. In this thesis, I have touched upon how these works are interpreted and perceived by the viewers who are in search for an answer on these questions that are still up to date, and discussed the definition and history of contemporary art with its forms such as installation art and video art through its pioneers and their works.Keywords: Contemporary art, installation art, video art, perception
