dc.description.abstractErwinia amylovora (Burr.) Winslow et al.'ın sebep olduğu ateş yanıklığı hastalığı elma, armut ve diğer Rosaceae familyası bitkilerini etkileyen en ciddi ve en tahripkar bakteriyel hastalıklardan biridir. 2013 ve 2015 yıllarında, Iğdır ilinde yanıklık simptom gösteren elma örneklerinden bakteriyel izolasyonlar yapılmıştır, toplam 84 bakteri straini elde edilmiştir. Yapılan morfolojik (hücre ve koloni morfolojisi, hareketlilik testi), biyokimyasal (gram reaksiyon, katalaz, oxidaz, nişasta hidrolizi, levan, ham armut ve 36oC' de gelişim testleri) ve moleküler (MIS) testler sonucunda bakterilerin 51 tanesi Erwinia amylovora olarak tanılanmıştır. dc.description.abstractFire bligth caused by Erwinia amylovora ( Burr.) Winslow et al. is the most serious and destructive bacterial disease for apple, pear and other plants belonging to Rosaceae familiy. In 2013 and 2015, in Iğdır, bacterial isolations were done from diseased apple samples. Bacterial pathogens were identified by morphological (cell and colony morphology, mobility test), biochemical test (catalase, oxidase, growth in 36oC, KOH gram reaction, growth in saccharose nutrient agar) and moleculer technique including fatty acid methyl ester profiles. In determining the pathogenicity, raw pear test and hypersensetive reaction on tobacco were done. In this study, according to the results these test, total 51 Erwinia amylovora strains were identified.Key words: Erwinia amylovora, Fire blight, MIS, Appleen_US
