dc.description.abstractBu çalışma 2018 yılında Iğdır ili Tuzluca ilçesinde doğal olarak yetişen kuşburnu tiplerinin meyve özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla Pirli (935 m), Hamurkesen (1.830 m) ve Ortabucak (1.670 m) köylerinde yapılmıştır. Her bir köyde birer bitki belirlenmiş ve belirli aralıklarla üçer kez örnek alınmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda üç farklı rakıma sahip bölgeden alınan örneklerin fitokimyasal özellikleri ve antioksidan kapasiteleri karşılaştırılmıştır. İncelenen örneklerde klorojenik asit 5,265-19,836 mg/100 g, kateşin 277,88-597,4 mg/100 g, p-kumarik asit 2,721-7,88 mg/100 g, transferrulik 1,9037-6,2091 mg/100 g, o-kumarik asit 3,7006-18,716 mg/100 g, quersetin 1,5034-4,3187 mg/100 g, asetik asit 43,45-118,63 mg/100 g, fumarik asit 0,157-3,488 mg/100 g, C vitamini 599,8-863,81 mg/100 g, TEAC 83,46-144,84 mg/100 g, früktoz 0,307-6,188 mg/100 g, glikoz 0,137-5,263 mg/100 g aralığında tespit edilirken şiringik asit, gallik asit, kafeik asit, tartarik asit, sukkinik asit ve sükroz tespit edilememiştir.
dc.description.abstractThis research was performed to villages Pirli (935 m), Hamurkesen (1.830 m) and Ortabucak (1.670 m) investigate wild rosehip types' fruit characteristics of Tuzluca district of Igdır province in 2018.In each village one plant was identified and sampled three times at regular intervals. In consequence of the research, phytochemical properties and antioxidant capacities of the samples in three different altitudes were compared.For the phenological compounds inspected, 5,265-19,836 mg/100 g for klorojenik acid, 277,88-597,4 mg/100 g for catechin, 2,721-7,88 mg/100g for p-coumaric acid, 1,9037-6,2091 mg/100 g for transferratic, 3,7006-18,716 mg/100 g for o-coumaric acid , 1,5034-4,3187 mg/100 g for quercetin, 43,45-118,63 mg/100 g for acetic acid, 0,157-3,488 mg/100 g for fumaric acid, 599,8-863,81 mg/100 g for vitamin C, 83,46-144,84 mg/100 g for TEAC, 0,307-6,188 mg/100 g for fructose, 0,137-5,263 mg/100 g for fructose content. Chirralic acid, galic acid, caffeic acid, tartaric acid, succinic acid and sucrose were not found.en_US
