Inorder not to affected by the new fundamental change in the region,China, with its big coagraphical area which contains special regions (InnerMongolya, Tibet, Xinjiang) begins to apply new regional strategy towardsCentral Asia.China endeavors to create and maintain a stabilized environment whichis essential for her existence in the region for today and in the future, it alsoobtain a suitable environment for economical growth. Fur this purpose Chinafirstly try to resolve historical border disputes. In order not to establish anhegamonic position in the region and want be a part of the solution Chinastart to establish political relation with Central Asian states and maintain thisrelation with economically.After having economical relations in a stabilized environment with theregional countries China intends to obtain her critical energy needs fromthese countries. With current policies China want to be a security producingcountry in the Central Asia region.
