Yalın üretim teknikleri ve KOBİ`lerde uygulanabilirliğinin incelenmesi

Abstract

1950 yıllarında Japonya'da Toyota Motor şirketi tarafından geliştirilen yalınüretim sistemi, en az kaynakla, en kısa zamanda, en ucuz ve hatasız üretimi müşteritalebine birebir uyacak şekilde en az maliyetle gerçekleştirebilme arayışının sonucuolarak doğmuş bir sistemdir. Bu sistem 1970'li yıllarda yaşanan ekonomik durgunlukve petrol krizi dönemine kadar dünya otomotiv sanayinin gerçek anlamda dikkatiniçekmemiştir. Ancak zaman içerisinde bu teknikler yalın felsefeyi doğurmuş, bufelsefe de, otomotiv se ktöründen dışa açılarak elektronik ve beyaz eşya sanayisine,tekstil sanayisinden, plastik ve metal işlemeye, tarım ve hayvancılık sektöründen,hizmet sektörüne üretimin olduğu her alanda kabul görmüştür.Bu çalışmada; yalın üretim teknikle ri, yalın üretim sisteminin doğuşu,kendisinden önceki üretim sistemleri ile kıyaslanması, KOBİ' lerin ülkemizdekiönemi, KOBİ' lere bu tekniğin sağlayacağı faydalar ile yalın üretim tekniklerininKOBİ' lere uygulanabilirliği ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiştir . Near the 1950?s, The Lean Production System that developed by ToyotaMotor Company in Japan, is the system that was come into being as a consequencesof searching that aims for the production, in the shorte st time, with the minimumresources, the cheapest and faultless production compatible with consumer?s requestwith the least cost .This system could not attract attention of the World AutomobileIndustry since the economic stagnation and petrol crisis in 1970. However, in thecourse of time these techniques gave birth to lean phylosophy, and this phylosophyopen out from auto industry and accepted in all sectors spreading eloctronic andhousehold goods, textile industry , plastic and metal processing, agr iculture andstock-breeding, service sector and many others.In this study; it is examined in detail that the lean production?s birth,comparison of lean production with the preceding production systems, importance ofSME?s in our country, profit of t his technique for SME?s and feasibility of thistechnique in SME?s.
