Fen ve teknoloji öğretmenlerinin mizaç ve karakter özellikleri

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, Fen ve Teknoloji öğretmenlerinin mizaç ve karakter özelliklerinin cinsiyet, yaş, kıdem yılı, bulunduğu kurumda görev yapma süresi, görev yaptığı bölge ve medeni duruma göre değişiminin belirlenmesidir. Bu amaçla çalışmaya, 2014-2015 eğitim öğretim yılında Türkiye'nin Doğusunda 80- 100.000 nüfusa sahip iki ilimizde görev yapan tüm Fen ve Teknoloji öğretmenleri seçilmiştir. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Köse ve Sayar tarafından 2004 yılında uyarlanan `Mizaç ve Karakter Envanteri`, ve demografik özellikleri belirlemek amacıyla `Kişisel Bilgi Formu` kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular sonucunda; Fen ve Teknoloji öğretmenlerinin mizaç ve karakter özellikleri üzerinde cinsiyet, kurumdaki görev süresi, görev yapılan bölge ve medeni durumun önemli etkisinin olduğu, yaş ve kıdem yılı değişkenlerinin ise anlamlı bir etkisinin olmadığı belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular literatür ışığında tartışılmıştır.

The main purpose of this search ,to determinate the disposition character and identification specialities of science teachers according to variatins of gender,age, time of seniority, studying time on his/her own institution, studying region and martial status. For this purpose all of the science teachers who study related to 80-100.000 populated two cities in the Eastern Anatolia Region in 2014-2015 education-instruction year, have been chosen for this search. In this search, `Disposition and Character Inventory` which is adapted by Köse and Sayar in 2004 and personal knowledge form which is used for determination of demografical specialities has beeen used on the purpose of the collecting data. According to results of the search when science and technology teachers' disposition and character specialities compared with gender specialities, time of being on duty in his/her institute, studying area and martial status that has been determined that there are important effects, but there is no meaningful effect according to the age and seniority time variants. The results have been argued in the light of the literature.
