Hulefâ-i Râşidîn`in halife seçilme şekilleri

Abstract

`Hulefâ-i Râşidîn'in Halîfe Seçilme Şekilleri` isimli tezimizde, Hz. Peygamberden sonra İslam'ın en parlak dönemi olan saadet asrında Müslüman toplumu yöneten halîfelerin seçilme şekilleri ele alınmaktadır. Müslüman toplumu yöneten dört halîfenin seçilme süreçlerinde sahabe toplumu arasında yaşanan diyalogların değerlendirilmesi yapılmakta ve Hulefâ-i Râşidîn'nin seçim modelleri incelenmektedir. Bu bağlamda tezimiz, `İslam'da Devlet Başkanı ve Biat` ve `Hulefâ-i Râşidîn'in Halîfe Seçilme Şekilleri` olmak üzere iki ana bölümden oluşmaktadır.Birinci bölümde İslam'da devlet başkanına verilmiş olan; halîfe, imâm, sultan veemîrü'l-mü'minîn unvanları ve biat kavramı ele alınmakta, bu kavramlar etimolojik açıdan incelenmektedir. Tezimizin temelini oluşturan ikinci bölümde ise öncelikle dört halîfenin seçim süreçlerinde yaşanan diyaloglar detaylı bir şekilde değerlendirilerek halîfeyi seçme yetkisinin topluma ait olduğu tespiti yapılmakta ve bunun Hz. Ebû Bekir başta olmak üzere Hz. Ömer, Hz. Osman ve Hz. Ali'nin seçimlerinde söz konusu olan seçim yöntemleri incelenmektedir. In our thesis, named ?Caliph Selection Methods of Khulefa-i Rashidin? considered the selection methods of caliphs whom ruled the muslim society at felicity century which is the heyday of Islam just after the Prophet. During selection period of the four caliphs who ruled the muslim society, the dialogs between Sahabe society are evaluated here and also the selection models of Khulefa-i Rashidin are investigated.In this context, our thesis is composed of two main parts as ?President in Islam and Allegiance? and ?Caliph Selection Methods of Khulefa-i Rashidin?In first part, we are dealed with the conceptual framework of titles like; the caliph, imâm, sultan, emir-ul mu?minin and the concept of allegiance which was given to the head of Islamic state and these concepts are also etymologically examined.In the second part forms the basis of our thesis, the dialogues are evaluated in detail when selection processes of four caliphs and is determined that the power to elect the caliph is belong to the community and that is analyzed how the results detected from the selection models of especially Abu Bakr, and then Umar, Uthman and Ali's elections.Keywords: Khalîfe, Imam, Sultan, Emirul-Mu?minin, Allegiance, Khulefa-i Rashidin.
