Abstract
Tuğrul ve Çağrı Beylerin, 431/1040 yılında Gazneli Devleti karşısında gösterdikleri başarılı mücadele sonunda Horasan merkezli kurulan Selçuklu Devleti, kısa bir süre sonra ordunun etkisiyle iç problemler yaşamaya başlamıştır. İlk olarak Meliklerin, mevcut yönetime isyanı olarak algılansada; Türkmen Beylerinin bir hâkimiyet mücadelesi haline dönüşmüştür.Zamanla geri plana atılan Türkmenlerin yerini, gûlam kökenli Türk emîrleri alırken; Sultanlar ise bu emîrlerin kışkırtması sonucu birbirleri ile mücadeleye girmekten çekinmemişlerdir. Bütün bunlar yaşanırken devletin dış tehlikelere açık hale gelmesi, askerî kadro mensuplarını daha da etkili hale getirmişti.Sultanların, emîrleri karşısında hamiyetsiz oluşları, diğer devletler ile münasebetlerini etkilerken aynı zamanda ülke içerisinde güven ve huzur ortamını da bozmuştur. Daha özgür ve etkili hale gelen komutanlar, halkı zor duruma sokmaktan çekinmeyerek kendi hâkimiyet alanlarını kuvvetlendirmeye çalışmışlardır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Büyük Selçuklular, İç Karışıklıklar, Dış Politikalar, İsyanlar. The Seljuq State, founded in the center of Horasan, which was established after Tuğrul and Çağrı Beys' successful struggle against the Ghaznavids in 431/1040, started to experience internal problems soon after the influence of the army. Eventhough the Meliks were perceived as the head lift to the current Sultan; it has become a struggle for dominance of Turkmen beys.When the Turkmens of ghulam origin take the place of the Turkmen who are thrown into the background in time; Sultans did not hesitate to fight each other as a result of provocation of these orders. While all this was happening, the fact that the state became vulnerable to external dangers made the members of the military staff even more effective.The fact that the Sultans were unprotected against their orders affected their relations with other states and at the same time disturbed the atmosphere of trust and peace with in the country. The commanders, who became more free and effective, tried to strengthen their sphere of domination by not hesitating to put the people in a difficult position.Keywords: Great Seljuqs, Internal Conflicts, Foreign Policies, Rebellions.
