B-keto esterlerin serbest radikalik yöntemle bir karbon halka genişleme-zincir uzama reaksiyonlarının incelenmesi

Abstract

oz Bu çalışmada, serbest radikaller üzerinden yürüyen reaksiyonlardan P-keto esterlerin zincir genişleme reaksiyonları incelendi. Bu amaçla etil 3-oksoheksanoat ve dietilmalonat seçildi. Dietilmalonat, benzoilklorürle p-keto esterine dönüştürüldü. Daha sonra her bir P-keto ester CH2Br2 ile reaksiyona sokulup metil bromürlerine çevrildi. AIBN (2,2'-Azobis- (wo-bütironitril)) ve Bu3SnH ile zincir genişleme reaksiyonları uygulandı. Bazı ürünlerin FT-IR, 1H NMR ve 13C NMR analizleri yapıldı. ABSTRACT In this study, some free radical reactions in free radical chemistry were studied and one carbon chain expansion reactions of P-keto esters were investigated. Ethyl 3-oxohexanoate and diethylmalonate were chosen as starting materials. Diethylmalonate was converted to p-keto esters and then reacted with CH2Br2 to obtain bromomethylated compounds. The radical reaction was carried out with AIBN (2,2'-Azobis-(iso-butyronitrile)) and Bu3SnH in benzene at 80 °C. Some products were analysed by FT-IR, *H NMR and 13C NMR.
