İnsanda el ve ayaklardaki syndactyly ve polydactylyin radyolojik anatomisi

Abstract

VII. ÖZET insanda el ve ayaklardaki syndactyly ve po lydacty ly' nin radyolojik anatomisi ve dermato- glifik incelendiği bu araştırmada; Syndactyly ellerde 18' i unilateral, 4'ü bilateraldi. Ellerde syndacty ly' nin sıklıkla 3. ve 4. parmaklar arasında, ayakta ise 2. ve 3. parmaklar arasındaydı. Bu olgulardan elde edile n 16 Polydactyly olgusunun 10'u elin radial tarafında, 6'sı ise elin ulnar tarafında extra parmağa sahipti. Radial taraflı Polydactyly çoğunlukla sag elde görüldü. Ayakta tesbit edilen 15 Polydactyly olgusundan 11' i ayagın medial tarafında, 4'ü ayağın lateral inde bulundu. 15 olgunun 7'si unilateral, 4'ü bilateral olarak gözlendi. Dermatogl i f ide W ve UL örneklerinde artış oldu ğu saptandı.

VI Ii. SUMMARY In this study, the dermatog lyphics investigation and radiological anatomy of syndactyly and Polydactyly in human beings were observed; 18 of syndactyly cases at the hand were unilateral and 4 of them were bilateral. Syndactyly was commonly seen between 3. and 4. fingers of the hands and at the 2. and 3. fingers of the foot. In 10 of 16 Polydactyly cases there was an extrafinger at the radial side of the hand while in the other 6 at the ulnar side. Radial Polydactyly was seen mostly at the right hand. In 11 of 15 Polydactyly cases at the foot were medial side and the other 4 lateraly. 4 of them were observed bilateraly while the other 7 were uni lateral. According to the dermatoglyphic investigation it was established that W and UL specimens increased.
