Abstract
ÖZET Bu çalışmada 1992 yılının Şubat-Mayıs aylarında Cum huriyet Üniversitesi Sağlık Hizmetleri Uygulama ve Araştır ma Hastanesine başvuran akut viral hepatit ön tamlı 335 hastadan serum alınmış, serumlar akut hepatit A ve B enfek siyonlarının ayırımı için gerekli olan anti-HAV IgM, HBsAg, anti-HBs ve ahti-HBc IgM, yönünden ELISA deneyi ile ince lenmiştir. Toplam 335 hasta serumunun %3,9'unda anti-HAV IgM, % 25,4'ünde HBsAg, %30,1 'inde anti-HBs ve % 7,5'inde anti- HBc IgM pozitif bulunmuştur. Akut hepatit A enfeksiyonlarında görülen anti-HAV IgM Dahiliye ve Hemodiyaliz Kliniğinden gelen serumlarda nega tif, intaniye Kliniğinden gelen serumların % 1,9'unda pozitif bulunurken, Pediatri Kliniğinden gelen serumların %28,2 'in de pozitif bulunmuştur. Viral Hepatit ön tanılı toplam 335 serumun 85'inde (%25,4) HBsAg ve 101'inde (%30,1) anti-HBs pozitif bulun muştur. Anti-HAV IgM, anti-HBs ve anti- HBc IgM pozitif bulgu ların erkek ve kadınlar arasındaki dağılımı anlamsız (p>0.05) bulunmuştur. HBsAg pozitifliği kadınlarda % 19,5 iken erkeklerde % 31,0 bulunmuş, aradaki farkın istatistiksel olarak anlamlı (p<0.05).olduğu saptanmıştır. 38 SUMMARY In this study, sera were taken from the total of 335 pati ents having preliminary diagnosis of acute viral hepatitis, who were admitted to Cumhuriyet Universty Hospital Healt Services in the months February-May in 1992. Taken sera were examined through ELISA experiment from anti-HAV IgM, HBsAg, anti-HBs and anti-HBc IgM point of view, which is necesary for the. distiribution of acute hepatitis A and B. In 3,9 percent of 335 patients, anti-HAV IgM, in 25,4 percent HBsAg in 30.1 percent anti-HBs and in 7.5 percent anti-HBc IgM were found positive. While anti-HAV IgM that is seen in acute hepatitis A in fections was found negative in the sera of the patiens coming from the departments of Internal Diseaes and Hemodialysis and 1,9 positive in the sera of the patients coming from the department of Infectious Diseases, it was found 28,2 percent positive in the sera of the patents coming from the depart ments of Pediatrics. HBsAg (%25,4) was found in the 85 sera of 335 patients having preliminary diagnosis of viral hepatitis, HBsAg (%25,4) and in the 101 sera: anti-HBs (%30,1) was found posi tive. The distribution of anti-HAV IgM, anti-HBs and anti- HBc IgM positive findings between male and female was fo und unimportant (p>0.05). It was found that the positiveness of HBsAg in females was 18,5 percent but in males 31,0 per cent and the different was determined statistically meaning ful. 39
