Çift ureter varyasyonunun radyolojik anatomisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada hastane arşivlerinden elde edilen 1900 IVP arasından bulunmuş olan çift ureter anomalisine sahip toplam 58 hastanın, IVP'sinin radyolojik anotomisi incelenmiştir. Saptanan 58 çift ureter olgusunun 33'ünün kadın, 25' inin ise erkek hastalara ait olduğu gözlenmiştir. 58 vakanın 52'si (%89.65) unilateral ve 6'sı (%10.35) ise bilateral olarak görülmüştür. Toplam 64 çift ureterin 30'u (%46.9) sağ tarafta, 34'ü (%53.1) ise sol taraftadır. Çift uretere sahip toplam 64 böbreğin 56'sı (%87,50) inkomplet, 8'i (% 12,50) ise komplet tip çift ureter şeklindedir. Aynı zamanda; 6 bilateral çift ureter vakalarının 4'ünün (%66.70) inkomplet, 2'sinin (%33.3) mix tipte olduğu gözlenirken, toplam 52 unilateral çift ureter olgularının 6'smın (%11.50) komplet, 46'smın (%88.50) ise inkomplet tipte olduğu gözlenmiştir. Bu çalışmada bilateral komplet tip çift ureter olgusu gözlenmemiştir.

In this study, the radiological anatomy of total 58 IVP' s of patients had double ureter anomaly which were found among 1900 IVP's was examined, from the hospital archives. It was observed that out of 58 double ureters cases seen, 33 belonged to females and 25 to males patients. Out of the 58 cases, 52 were seen to be unilateral, 6 were bilateral. Of the total 64 duplicated ureters, 30 were on the right side, 34 were on the left side. Of the 64 kidneys had double ureters, 56 were incomplete and.8 were complete types. It was also observed that of the total 52 unilateral double ureters cases, 6 were complete, 46 were incomplete types while of the 6 bilateral double ureters cases, 4 were incomplete, 2 were mix types. In the present study, no bilateral complete type double ureter was observed.
