94 VII. - Hemşirelerin çalışma modelleri, hemşirelik ve hastane yönetimi, ev lilik, ölüm, doğum izni, adaylık süresi, iletişim problemleri, kişisel problemler, hasta bakımını planlama, ilaçların uygulanması, işe uyum sağlama, mesleki panel/seminer gibi düzenlemelere katılım konularında supervisor hemşireler den yardım isteme oranlarının düşük olduğu ancak malzeme eksikliği, mazeret izni, il dışında görev başlama, haftalık çalışma saatleri ve rutine girmiş konu larda yardım isteme oranlarının yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır.97 -The degree of being supported of the nurses asking for help about excused leave, starting work out of city, weekly working hours, communication problems within the group members, faults due to lack of observation, lack of written demands of doctors, duty, uncertanity of qualification and responsibility, assisting of patient care, personal problems application of produ ced drugs and adaptation to professional life, sharing of treatment, deontology, administration of treatment institutions with bed, nursing laws, officals laws numbered 657, has been observed at a large interval between 12% and 47%. - The application degrees of the help received by the nurses from their supervisor nurses have been determined between 20% and 56%.
