Tekirdağ yöresi popülasyonunda normal serum immünoglobulin düzeyleri

Abstract

ÖZET Bu araştırmamızda İstanbul Üniversitesi Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi Fikret Bial Merkez Araştırma Laboratuvarma çeşitli nedenlerle Tekirdağ'dan başvuran sağlam görünüşlü cinsiyet ve yaş farkı gözetmeksizin 600 kişiden alınan serum örnekleri Türbidimetri metodu ile incelendi`. Immunoglobulin düzeyleri IgG^ 1432.7000mg/dl±1262.8895mg/dl, IgA= 268.8 lmg/dl±258.22mg/dl, IgM= 135.4583mg/dl±216.4526mg/dl olarak bulundu. Bu sonuçlar kaynaktaki bulgularla karşılaştırılarak tartışıldı. 33

SUMMARY Serums, which are obtained from total 600 healthy appearance of people who are not protected age and sex discrimination applied to various reasons from Tekirdağ to Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Medicine Faculty of Fikret Bial Center Research Laboratory, are examined carrefully for IgG, IgM, IgA with Turbidimetry method. The findings are discussed with comparing results which are in sources. In this samples of serum, IgA levels (268.81 mg/dl ±258.22 mg/dl) and IgG levels (1432.7200 mg/dl ±1262.8895 mg/dl) and IgM levels (135.4583 mg/dl ±216.4528 mg/dl) which are immunoglobulin levels, are found.
