Yeni furanon bileşiklerinin aminler ile reaksiyonları

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, başlangıç bileşiği olarak iki yeni furan-3-on türevi (NF, 2) sentezlendi. Furan-3-on bileşiklerinden biri ile (2a) bazı aromatik amin ve diamin türevlerinin reaksiyonları optimum koşullar altında gerçekleştirildi ve on adet yeni pirrol-3-on türevi bileşikler (2a1-2a10) elde edildi. Metot Würtz-Wittig reaksiyonu ve Michael Katılması yöntemlerini içermektedir. Sentezlenen yeni bileşiklerin yapıları elementel analiz, IR, 1H-NMR ve 13C-NMR spektrumları yardımıyla aydınlatılmıştır. Sonuçlar, reaksiyonlarda kullanılan nükleofillerin ve sentez edilip kullanılan substratların yapı ve özellikleri yönünden mukayeseli olarak tartışılmıştır.

In this study, two novel compounds as starting furan-3-one derivative (NF, 2) have been synthesized. With one of the furan- 3-one compound (2a) reaction of certain aromatic amine and diamine derivative was carried out under optimal conditions and ten new pyrrole-3-one derivative compounds (2a1-2a10) were obtained. The method is contanied in Würtz - Wittig and Michael Addition reactions. The structures of these newly synthesized compounds were determined by the result of elemental analysis, IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectra. The effects and the behaviors of the nucleophiles and the news substrate in this reaction were discussed comparably according to their properties and structures.
