Türkiye`de hükümetlerin ekonomi üzerine etkisi: 1990-2012

Abstract

Demokratik sistemlerde, halkın seçimiyle kurulan hükümetler, sadece siyaseti değil, aynı zamanda ülke ekonomisini de yönlendirmektedir. Bu bağlamda, Türkiye?deki yönlendirmelere açıklık getirmesi düşüncesiyle, 1990-2012 döneminde yapılan seçimler ve sonrasında kurulan hükümetlerin ekonomik göstergelerle olan ilişkisi ele alınmıştır.Çalışmanın amacı, 1990-2012 yılları arasında Türkiye?deki hükümetler ile ekonomik göstergeler arasındaki ilişkiyi değerlendirmektir. Hükümetlerin yapılarına göre tek parti hükümetleri mi ya da koalisyon hükümetleri mi ekonomi alanında istikrar sağlamışlardır sorusuna yanıt aranmıştır.Bu konu üzerinde yazılmış mevcut çalışmalar göz önünde bulundurulduğunda, genellikle hükümetlerin ya siyasi yönleri ya da ekonomiye olan katkılarının incelendiği görülmüştür. Ancak bu çalışmada hükümetlerin hem siyasi hem de ekonomik yönleri birleştirilerek önemle vurgulanmıştır.Türkiye?de 1990-2012 dönemindeki hükümetlerin ekonomi ile ilişkisi incelenmiştir. Öncelikle belirli kavramlar açıklanmış ve sonrasında ekonomik göstergeler belirtilmiştir. Daha sonra bu kavramlar çerçevesinde ekonomik göstergeler değerlendirilmiştir. Değerlendirmelerin sonucunda ise siyasi istikrarsızlığın olduğu dönemde ekonomik istikrarsızlık ve ekonomik krizler meydana gelmiştir. In democratic systems, governments, which are founded with public elections, direct not only politics but also country?s economy. In this context with the thing of throwing light on directions in Turkey, elections, which were made in the area of 1990-2012, were considered with the interaction with economic indicators of governments which were founded after these elections.The aim of this study is that evaluates interaction between economic indicators with governments in Turkey among 1990-2012. With respect to governments' frameworks, it is searched for an answer that whether single-party governments or coalition governments assure stability on economy.Available thesis and articles which are writter on this subject, are considered. Generally, it is shown that governments study whether political directions of contributions on economy. However, in this thesis, it is momentously emphasized that governments are incorporated both politics and economic aspects.Interaction with economy of governments in the area 1990-2012 are considered in Turkey. Initially, spesific consepts are explained and then, the indicators of economy are stated. There after, in the frame of these concepts, economic indictors are evoluated. In the conclusion of these evaluations, economic instabilitiy and economic crisis occur when political instability happens. With the consisting of political stability, economic stability is accompanied by it, as well.Key Words:Government, Single-Party, Coalition, Economy, Stability, Instability
