Kayseri ili çorap ve patiklerindeki motiflerin tekstil tasarımına uygulanması

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı Kayseri İli ve ilçelerinde günümüze dek süregelen el örücülüğü geleneğinin bir sonucu olarak yörede mevcut geleneksel çorapların renk, desen, kompozisyon ve teknik özelliklerin incelenmesi, belgelenmesi, çorapların desen ve teknik özelliklerinden esinlenerek geleneksel tabanlı tekstil kolleksiyonu oluşturulmasıdır. Araştırma kapsamında Kayseri İl merkezi, Felahiye ve Özvatan İlçelerine bağlı Silahtar Köyü, Taşlık Köyü, Tuğlaşah Köyü, Kavaklı Köyü, Mollahacı Köylerinde etnografik bir araştırma yapılmış, çorap örücülüğüyle ilgilenen 20 bireyle görüşülmüştür. Yüz yüze görüşme tekniği uygulanmıştır. Araştırma belirtilen yörede rastlanan 101 el örgüsü örneğini (45 çorap ve 56 patik) kapsamaktadır. Bu araştırmada veri toplama yüz yüze görüşme formları ve ürün teknik detaylarını ve fotoğraflarını içeren bilgi formları aracılığı ile yapılmıştır. Bölgede yürütülen araştırmada çorapların burun kısmından başlanılarak lastik ve bilek kısmına doğru örüldüğü, çoğunlukla beş şiş ve sentetik (orlon) iplik kullanıldığı ve araştırmada kayıt altına alınan çoraplarda ağırlıklı olarak düz örgü ve renkli desenli örgü tekniklerinin kullanıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Çorap ve patik örneklerinin çoğunlukla çeyiz için ördükleri saptanmıştır. Çorapların yüzeylerinin desenlerinde ise bitkisel bezeme, figürlü bezeme, nesneli bezeme, geometrik bezeme ve sembolik bezeme türlerine rastlanılmış ve ağırlıklı olarak bitkisel bezemelerin kullanıldığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Motiflerin çoğunlukla çorabın bütününe ve konç kısmına yerleştirildiği ve çorapların kompozisyonlarında incelenen örnekler arasında ağırlıklı olarak yardımcı desen ve motif kullanılan kompozisyon düzenlemelerinin uygulandığı görülmüştür. Ulaşılan bulgular ışığında araştırmada belirlenen geleneksel çorap motifleri temel tasarım öge ve ilkeleri bağlamında düzenlenerek çağdaş tekstil tasarımları yapılmıştır. Örme ve baskı kolleksiyonları oluşturulmuştur. Oluşturulan koleksiyondan 11 adet bluz ürün haline getirilmiştir.

The aim of this research is to document the color, pattern, composition and technical characteristics of the existing traditional socks on the basis of the traditional hand made knitting tradition and to apply it to the traditional base textile design in the future by starting from the design and technical features of the socks. Silahtar, Taşlık, Tuğlaşah, Kavaklı, and Mollahacı villages, which are connected to Kayseri Provincial center, Felahiye District and Özvatan District, were taken under investigation. It was discussed with 20 individuals interested in knitting socks. Face-to-face interview technique was applied. The thesis work includes a total of 101 socks, 45 socks and 56 booties. The socks have been inspected and the information forms of the socks have been filled. Analysis results were determined and presented in the form of tables.In the study carried out in the region, it was determined that the socks were mostly used with five skewers and synthetic (orlon) yarns starting from the nose to the tires and wrists, and the socks weighed in the research were mainly using plain knitting and colorful pattern knitting techniques. It has been found that the samples of socks or booties are mostly used for trousseau. In the designs of the surface of the socks, the herbal look, the figurative look, the object look, the geometric look and the symbolic look were found, and the result was mostly the result of using herbal beads. Among the samples in which the motifs were mostly placed on the whole of the sock and on the part of the sock and examined in the compositions of the socks, it was seen that composition arrangements using mainly auxiliary patterns and motifs were applied. There are many colors seen in sock and booties samples. Sock and patik samples were determined to be predominantly black in color and red color in motif colors. Analyzes were made in the study and findings were determined and percentages were calculated. Arrangements were made in the context of basic design elements and principles in the light of findings. Knit and print collections were created. 11 blouses were made into the product from the created collection.
