Gazi Üniversitesi Prof. Ülker Muncuk Müzesinde bulunan metal işlemeli tekstil ürünlerinde oluşan bozulmalar

Abstract

Tez konusu olarak belirlenen `Gazi Üniversitesi Prof. Ülker Muncuk MüzesindeBulunan İşlemeli Tekstil Ürünlerinde Oluşan Bozulmalar` adlı çalışmada GaziÜniversitesi Mesleki Eğitim Fakültesi Prof. Ülker Muncuk Müzesi arşivinde yer alanyıpranmış durumdaki metal işlemeli tekstil eserlerinde oluşan bozulmaların tespiti venedenlerinin anlatılması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada, 15 adet farklı metal malzemekullanılarak yapılmış işlemeli tekstil eserlerinin, işleme tekniği, hammaddesi,dokuma tekniği, boyarmadde türü, bozulma çeşitleri ve eserde bulunan metalmalzemelerin kimyasal özelliklerinin tespiti yapılmıştır.15 adet tekstil eserden, toplamda 19 adet metal malzeme belirlenmiş ve yüzeymorfolojisi hakkında verilere ulaşmak için SEM-EDX ile analiz yapılmıştır.Klapdan, tel ve pul olarak kullanılan metallerin çap, genişlik, kalınlık, kimyasalanaliz ve yüzeyde oluşan korozyon bilgilerine ulaşılmıştır. 49 adet ipliğin iseboyarmadde tespiti yüksek performanslı sıvı kromatografisi (HPLC-PDA) ileyapılmıştır. Hammadde tespitinin yapılması için optik mikroskop ve SEM cihazındanyararlanılmıştır.Yapılan analizler sonucu hazırlanan bilgi formları ve tablolar ile bozulmaya uğramıştekstiller ile ilgili belgeleme çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Bu veriler doğrultusundatekstillerin konservasyonuna yönelik öneriler getirilmiştir.

In the work titled 'Spoiling In Metal Embroidered Textile Products In GazıUniversty Prof. Ulker Muncuk Museum', which is aimed the subject of the thesis;thedeterioration of metal embroidered textile products in the worn condition, decorativematerials,explain the causes of deterioration in Gazi University Vocational EducationFaculty Prof. Ülker Muncuk Museum archives.In the study, 15 different types ofmetal materials and embroideredtechniques used at textiles, raw materials, weavingtechnique, the dyestuff type, metal materials and types of deterioration have beenidentified.From 15 pieces textile products, 19 pieces of metal material specified and SEM-EDXwas used to analyze the surface morphology.It has been reached informationdiameter, width, thickness, elemental analysis and corrosion on the surface for usedmetals as gold thread, wires and flakes. Dyestuff detection of 49 yarns wasperformed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC-PDA).Opticalmicroscope and SEM device were used for raw material detection.Documentation studies have been carried out on the information forms and textsafter the analyzes about deteriorated textiles.Suggestions have been made for theconservation of textiles in the direction of this data.
