Abstract
Bu çalışmada YouTuber takipçilerinin davranışsal değişimlerinde etkili olan unsurları araştırmak amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, tüketicilerin makyaj/kozmetik/güzellik videolarını izlemelerinde etkili oldukları düşünülen bireyselçevresel motivasyonlar ve takip edilen YouTuberlar'ın özellikleri ele alınmıştır. Bu faktörlerin çevrimiçi akış süreci vasıtasıyla davranışsal değişimler üzerindeki etkisinin belirlenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Ek olarak, fikir arayışı değişkeninin çevrimiçi akış ile davranışsal değişimler arasındaki ilişkide aracı ve günceli kaçırma korkusu değişkeninin bireysel motivasyonlar ile çevrimiçi akış arasındaki ilişkide moderatör (düzenleyici) rolünün olup olmadığı belirlenmek istenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; tüketici etkileşimi, güven ve tüketici uzmanlığı, kişilerarası ilişkilerde temel yönelimler, topluluk kimliği, bilişsel ve duygusal sosyal mevcudiyet ve YouTuber özellikleri, çevrimiçi akış, çevrimiçi akış ise davranışsal değişimler üzerinde etkilidir. Ayrıca fikir arayışının aracı, günceli kaçırma korkusunun ise moderatör (düzenleyici) etkiye sahip oldukları belirlenmiştir. In this study, it is aimed to investigate the factors that are effective on the behavioral changes of the YouTuber followers. For this purpose, individual-environmental motivations and the characteristics of followed YouTubers which are thought to be effective on consumers in watching makeup/cosmetics/beauty videos, are considered. It is aimed to determine the effect of these factors on behavioral changes through online flow process. In addition, it is intended to determine whether the opinion seeking variable has a mediator role in the relationship between online flow and behavioral changes and whether the fear of missing out variable has a moderator role in the relationship between individual motivations and online flow. According to the results of the research it is decided that consumer interactivity, trust and consumer expertise, fundamental interpersonal relation orientations, community identification, cognitive and emotional social presence and YouTuber characteristics are effective on online flow, and thus online flow is effective on behavioral changes. In addition, it is determined that the opinion seeking has a mediator effect and fear of missing out has a moderator effect.
