Çalgı eşliğinde yapılan müzik derslerinin öğrenci tutumları üzerindeki etkisi

Abstract

vııı ÖZET Bu araştırma ilköğretim okullarında çalgı eşliğinde yapılan müzik dersinin öğrenci tutumları üzerindeki etkisini ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma dört ilköğretim okulundaki toplam 410 kişilik örneklem grubu üzerinde uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada, durum saptamaya yönelik betimsel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak müziğe yönelik tutum ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde ise yüzde, frekans, ortalama, standart sapma, t-testi, varyans analizi ve ki-kare istatistiksel teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgular ve yorumlan sonucunda öğrencilerin müzik dersine yönelik tutumlarının herhangi bir çalgıyı kullanıp kullanmama, cinsiyet, devlet ve özel ilköğretim okulunda öğrenim görmekte olan öğrencilerin kullandıkları çalgı çeşitlerine, sınıf düzeylerine, herhangi bir müzik kursuna devam edip etmeme, herhangi bir müzik aleti çalmak için ders alıp almama durumlarına göre anlamlı farklılıklar gösterdiği görülmüştür. Araştırma sonucuna göre, öğrencilerin müzik dersine yönelik tutumları arasında, kullandıkları farklı çalgı çeşitlerine, öğrenim gördükleri okulun özel veya devlet ilköğretim okulu olmasına, en çok kullandıkları çalgı çeşitlerine, sınıf mevcutlarına, derslerin müzik odasında yapılıp yapılmamasına, müzik öğretmeninin kullandığı çalgı çeşitlerine ve müzik derslerinde yapılan çeşitli etkinliklere göre anlamlı farklılık bulunmamıştır. Örneklem grubunu oluşturan öğrencilerin, tümünün müzik derslerine müzik öğretmeninin girdiği görülmüştür.

IX ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to introduce the effect of instrument-accompanied music courses on the students' attitudes in the primary schools. The research has been applied on a sample group of 410 students in 4 primary schools. In the research, the descriptive analysis technique has been used for the ascertainment of the status. As the data gathering tool, the music oriented attitude scale has been used. For the analysis of the data, some statistical techniques - percentage, averaging, standard deviation, t-test, variance analysis and chi-square test- have been used. As a result of the data analysis, it has been observed that: the students' attitudes for the music courses vary meaningfully according to the facts like playing or not playing an instrument, gender, the type of the instrument that has been played by the students that are having education in a private or public school, their class level, attending or not attending to any music course, taking or not taking courses for playing any kind of music instrument. According to the results of the research, it has been concluded that the students' attitudes for the music courses do not depend on the different instruments that they use, having education in a private or public primary school, the instrument type that they use the most, the number of students in the class, having or not having the courses in the music room, the types of the instruments that the teacher uses and the different activities that are being done during the music courses. It has been observed that the music courses of all the students that form the sample group are being given by a music teacher.
