dc.description.abstractThe education of children is one of the most important elements ondevelopment of societies. This education covers not only ?the education in classes?but it also aims to get children have a broader view towards culture, science, art andgenerally incidents by teaching them first turkish culture and then the cultures ofother countries. The education, culture and art must be interrelating parts of a wholeby developing of children. In schools, the art education must be placed on the basicof general education, so that children are expected to be succesful in the other aresabesides art.The main subject of this work is ?? and ?The Musical Education of Children?.In the first part of the work has been studied the biography of Kabalevsky, who is acomposer, pianist, child chorus conducter.In the second part, the development of Russian Music, the compositions ofKabalevsky and the analysis of Op.39 piano albüm, which Kabalevsky wrote foryoung people have been subjected.The third part is about the qualifications teachers needed for carrying out thenew syllabus constructed by through the philosophy of Kabalevsky about education,the importance of use of children and teachers creativity on musical education andthe boards of teachers freedom on this subject.In the conclusion part, the feasibility of the educational philosophy ofKabalevsky in schools in Turkey is presented with in proposals.
