Abstract

1950- 1970 yılları arasında Irak Türklerinde serbest şiir hareketi veTürkiye ile ilişkileri adlı çalışma; giriş kısmı ve yedi bölümden oluşmaktadır.Giriş bölümünde; 1950- 1970 yılları arasında Irak Türkmen Edebiyatıgenel bir şekilde ele alınmıştır. Söz konusu edebiyatın teşekkül vetekâmülünde rolü olan siyasi ve kültürel çalkantıları zikredilmiştir. Buedebiyatın hem edebî ürünlerinden biri olan hem de çalışmanın konusu olanserbest şiir bu kısımda detaylı bir şekilde işlenmiştir.Birinci bölümde; Irak Türkmen Edebiyatındaki serbest şiirinilerlemesinde büyük bir role sahip olan Salah Nevres'in hayatı kalemealınmış, şairin1950?1970 yılları arasında yayımlanan beş şiiri tahlil edilerekaynı yıllarda yayımlanan altı şiiri de şiirlerine örnek gösterilmiştir.İkinci bölümde; Irak Türkmenlerinin yetiştirdiği kadın şaire ve yabancıdillere tercüme edilen şiirleriyle dünyada tanınan Nesrin Erbil'in hayatıyazılmış, şairin 1950- 1970 yılları arasında kaleme aldığı beş şiiri tahliledilmiş ve şairin o denemdeki şiirlerine altı örnek verilmiştir.Üçüncü bölümde; Irak Türkmen Edebiyatçıları arasında ölçülü serbestşiirleriyle şöhret sağlayan Abdühalik Beyatlı'nın hayatı kaleme alınmış,incelenen döneme ait beş şiiri yedi şiiri tahlil edilmiş ve şairin o yıllardagazete ve dergilerde yayımladığı şiirlerinden altı örnek verilmiştir.Dördüncü bölümde; Irak Türkmen Edebiyatı camiasında serbest şiirintemsilcilerinden biri olan Ata Bezirgân'ın hayatı yer almış ve üç şiiri tahliledilmiştir.Beşinci bölümde; Irak Türkmenleri arasında kullandığı sade dil ve fikriyazıları ile tanılan Erşat Hürmüzlü'nün hayatı zikredilmiş, 1950- 1970 yıllarıarasında Kardaşlık dergisinde yayımlanan dört serbest şiirinden üçü tahliledilmiş, birisi de bölümün sonuna eklenmiştir.Altıncı bölümde; şiirlerini atasözü ve deyimlerle süsleyerek anlamzenginliğine kavuşturan Nihat Akkoyunlu'nun hayatı hakkında bilgiler197verildikten sonra şairin üç şiiri tahlil edilmiş ve o dönem yayımlanan bir şiiri deörnek olarak yer almıştır.Yedinci bölümde; 1950- 1970 yılları arasında Kardaşlık Dergisi ve BeşirGazetesi'nin çeşitli sayılarında şiirleri yayımlanan diğer Türkmen şairlerinşiirlerinden birer örnek verilmiştir.

Our study on free poem movement in Iraqi Turcoman between the years1950- 1970 and their relationships with Turkey consists of introduction andseven chapters.In the Introduction, the Iraqi Turcoman Literature between 1950- 1970 isdiscussed in general. The political and cultural turbulences, which haveplayed the role in the formation and development of the mentioned literature,have been mentioned. This literature?s free poem, which is both one of theliterary works and is the subject of this study, has been examined in detail inthis chapter.In the first chapter, the life of Salah Nevres, who has an important rolein the development of the free poem in the Iraqi Turcoman Literature, hasbeen told, and five poems, which have been published between 1950-1970,of the poet, have been analyzed and his six poems, which have beenpublished in the same years, have been provided as the examples.In the second chapter, the life of Nesrin Erbil, who was the woman poet,grown up by Iraqi Turcoman and has been famous in the worldwide with herpoems that have been translated into the foreign languages, has been told,and five poems, which have been published between 1950-1970, of the poet,have been analyzed and her six poems, which have been published duringthose years, have been provided as the examples.In the third chapter, the life of Abdühalik Bayatlı, who became famousamong the Iraqi Turcoman of Letters with his poems with free rhythm, hasbeen told, his five poems, seven poems during the examined period, havebeen analyzed and six poems, which have been published in the newspapersand magazines in those years, of the poet, have been given as theexamples.In the fourth chapter, the life of Ata Bezirgan, who was one of therepresentatives of free poem in the Iraqi Turcoman Literature community, hasbeen told and his three poems have been analyzed.In the fifth chapter, the life of Erşat Hürmüzlü, who was known betweenthe Iraqi Turcoman with his simple language and assays on thought, has199been told, and his three of four poems, which have been published in Kardaşmagazine between 1950- 1970, have been analyzed and one of them hasbeen provided at the end of the chapter.In the sixth chapter, after the information on the life of Nihat Akkoyunlu,who provided the meaning enrichment in his poems by enriching them withthe proverbs and idioms, has been given, three poems of the poet have beenanalyzed and his one poem, which was published in that period, has beengiven as an example.In the seventh chapter, the examples from the poems of Turcomanpoets, whom their poems had been published in Kardaş Magazine and BeşirNewspaper between 1950- 1970, have been provided.
