İpek yolu ve Uygurlar isimli Uygurca eserin transkripsiyon, aktarma ve değerlendirmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, İpek Yolu ve Uygurlar isimli eserin transkripsiyonu, aktarması ve değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. Bu tez, giriş, Uygurlar ve İpek Yolu, transkripsiyon, aktarma, değerlendirme ve sonuç olmak üzere altı bölümden oluşmaktadır. Tezde eserin Çağdaş Uygur Türkçesiyle yazılan Doğu Türkistan'da neşredilmiş baskısı kullanılmıştır. Tezde incelenen eserin yazarı, Türkistan, Doğu Türkistan tarihi, kültür ve medeniyeti ile ilgili bilgiler vermekle beraber Doğu Türkistan'daki İpek Yolu üzerinde bulunan tarihi şehirlerin hakkında da çok yönlü bilgiler vermektedir. Bundan dolayı Uygurlar ve İpek Yolu'nun Türkiye Türkçesine aktarılmasının Uygur Tarihi, Türk Tarihi, Doğu Türkistan tarihi ve Türkistan tarihinin daha iyi değerlendirilmesine katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.

The thesis gathers five chapters consisting of the introduction, Uyghurs and Silk Road, transcription, translation and the conclusion. The edition of the book published in East Turkestan written in contemporary Uyghur Turkish has been used. The author of the book examined in the thesis, provides information about not only Turkestan, East Turkestan history, culture and civilization, but also the historical cities on the Silk Road in East Turkestan. That's why the translation of the knowledge about Silk Road and Uyghurs to Turkey Turkish is expected to contribute to make a better evaluation in terms of Uyghurs history, the Turkish, the history of East Turkistan and the history of Turkistan.
