Abstract

ÖZET Küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmeler kalkınmışlık düzeylerine bakılmaksızın tüm ekonomik sistemlerde çok önemli bir yere sahiptir. Küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmeler değişen ekonomik koşullara hemen uyum sağlayabilen esnek bir yapıya sahip olmaları ve istihdama olan katkıları nedeniyle ekonomilerin temel dinamiğini oluşturmaktadırlar. Özellikle gelişmekte olan ekonomilerin vazgeçilmez unsuru sayılan küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmeler ülkemizde de son yıllarda daha çok önemli olmaya başlamıştır. Günümüzde küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmeler Türkiye'nin ekonomik ve sosyal yapısında oldukça önemli bir yere sahiptirler. Küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmeler ülkemizin ekonomik ve sosyal yapısına uygun kuruluşlar olmaları nedeniyle geçmişte olduğu üzere, gelecekte de sistemdeki yerlerini ve önemlerini koruyacaklardır. VI

ABSTRACT Small and medium size enterprises have an important place in all economic systems with on regard on the developmental levels. Small and medium size enterprises are the main pillar and backbone of the economies since they have a flexible structure easily accommodated to the varying economic conditions and since they contribute significantly to the employment. Considered to be the indispensable parts of the developing economies particularly; the small and medium size enterprises have turned out to be all the more important in recently in our country as well. In our day, the small and medium size enterprises have also a considerably place in the economic and social life in Turkey Due to their structures suitable for the economic and social conditions of our country; the small and medium size enterprises are likely to preserve their prominent places and importance in the future as well like it had been in the post. vu
