Abstract

vi ÖZET Bu çalışmada, günümüzde oldukça geniş kullanım alanına sahip tümdevrelerin mikroişlemci kontrollü test işlemi gerçeklenmiştir. Bunun için 8 bitlik Z-80 mikroişlemci si kullanılmıştır. Kurulan sistemde sayısal tümdevreler test edilebilmektedir. Birkaç özel tümdevre haricinde bütün TTL ve CMOS serisi tümdevreler test alanı içindedir. Test edilecek tümdevrelerin bacak sayısı ise en fazla 24 olabilmektedir. * Yapılan çalışma, tümdevrelerin sayısal fonksiyonlarını gerçekleyip gerçeklemediği üzerinedir. Tümdevrelerin gecikme zamanı, giriş ve çıkış akım ve gerilimleri gibi karakteristik özelliklerinin test edilmesi planlanmamıştır.

vii SOMMAEY In this work, a microprocessor con-trolled test procedure of IGs which has a wide application in these days has been realized. Digital ICs can be tested in this set up. All ICs among TTL and CMOS series, whith a few exeptions are covered in the scope of this test. The number of pins in the ICs to be tested can be at most twenty-four. This work is about whether ICs accomplish their digital functions or not. It is not intended to test certain characteristic properties of ICs such as delay time, input and output currents and voltages.
