A Combined job evaluation system

Abstract

'ĞZ E T Bu tez, iş değerleme tekniklerinin teorik olarak açıklanmasını ve bir işletmede yapılan uygulamasını içerir. Bu çalışma, işleri sıralamak amacıyla kullanılacak faktör ağırlıklarının, faktör karşı laştırma ve puanlama yöntecileri kullanılarak doğrusal programlama ile hesaplandığı bir bilgisayar programının geliştirilmesi ve uygu lanması ile ilgili açıklamaları kapsamaktadır. Tez, aynı.zamanda iş tanımları ve geliştirilen bilgisayar programı yardımı ile elde edilen sonuçları kullanarak iş gruplarının nasıl oluşturulacağına ilişkin bir örnek de içermektedir.

âBSTBâCî This study includes a detailed explanation of job evaluation and an application of it in a metal working company. This thesis is an account of the computer program developed in which the Linear Programming has been used to determine the 'factor weights', from sets of paired comparison decisions, along with some other procedures in order to rank the jobs by using both the factor comparison and the points rating methods. The thesis also includes, a method of design a grade structure from the rank order established through the use of job descriptions and forementioned computer program.
