Psikiyatri hemşireliğinin hastalara etkinlikleri ve sosyal adaptasyonları üzerine karşılaştırmalı bir araştırma

Abstract

II ÖZET Hemşirelerin psikiyatri hastalarının sosyal adaptasyonlarındaki etkinliklerini belirlemek amacıyla düzenlenen bu çalışmada, Atatürk Üniversitesi Yakutiye Araştırma ve Uygulama Hastanesi psikiyatri kliniğine yatan 105 hastadan yararlanıldı. Hastalara (M.A.CC) davranış ölçeği ile (H.G.F) hemşire gözlem formu uygulandı. Bu formlarda hastaların ruhsal durumları belirlendi. Hastaneye yatış ve ayrılıştaki istatistik değerleri saptanarak hastaların sosyal adaptasyonları belirlendi. Uygulanan her iki testin hastaneye yatış ve ayrılıştaki verileri saptanarak istatistik değerleri kıyaslandı, istatistiki değerlendirme yapıldı. Bu bilgiler ışığında psikiyatri hemşirelerinin hastaların sosyal adaptasyonlarında etkin olan gözlem değerleri belirlendi. Uygulanan her iki formun istatistik verilerinin kapsamı ve düzeni kıyaslanarak literatür verileriyle yorumlandı. Hastane tedavi gurubu içinde yer alan hemşirelerin etkinliğinin kullanılan gözlem formalarının elde edilen veriler ışığında yeniden düzenlenmesi ve kullanılması sonucu artacağı söylenebilir.

III SUMMARY This study was carried out on 105 patients hospitalized in Atatürk University Yakutiye Research and Application Hospital, Depertment of psychiatry in order to determine the effectivenes of nurses on the social adaptations of psychiatric patients. (M.A.C.C) behervioral scale and (H.G.F) nursing observatoriy form were applied for the patients: The psychological situations of the patients were determined from these forms. The statistical values of these data at the beginning and end of the hospitalization were assased and the social adaptationts of the patients were established. By comparing the obtained statistical values of the data of the two tests applied at the referral and discharge from the hospital, the stastical importance of them were evaluated. From the information obtained, the observation assessments of. the psychiatric nurses on the social adaptations of the patients were determined. The content and the arrangement of the statistical data of the two tests applied were interpreted through the related literuture. It was concluded that the efectiveness of the nursing observations in the hospital treatment group could be more efficient by means of the arrangement, content and reliability of the data forms applied.
