Orta öğretim kurumlarında sanat eğitimine eleştirel bir yaklaşım

Abstract

ÖZET Cumhuriyetin ilanıyla birlikte, oluşturulmaya çalışılan sistemin geleceği, eğitim alanında yapılacak yenilik ve değişikliklere bağlıydı. Eğitimin yaygın hale getirilmesiyle, programlara yeni giren resim-iş derslerine çağdaş bir müfredat kazandırma çalışmaları günümüze değin devam etmiştir. Ancak, yapılan çalışmaların sonuçlarının öğretim programlarını etkilemesi ve belirlemesi pek söz konusu olmamıştır. Bu durumu eleştirel bir yaklaşımla değerlendirirken, okul öğretmen, öğrenci, toplum ve müfredat programı çerçevesinde resim-iş dersinin ortaöğretim kurumlarında daha nitelikli bir yapıya kavuşturulması hedeflenmiştir. Tez beş ana bölümden oluşmuştur. Birinci bölümde, temel sorunlar saptanmakta, ikinci bölümde sanat eğitimcilerinin yetiştirilmesi ve sorunları, üçüncü bölümde sanat eğitiminin genel bir değerlendirmesi yapılırken; amaç ve ilkeleri, kapsam ve konuları ile 12-15 yaş ve 15-18 yaş dönemi öğrencilerinin toplumsal ve psikolojik özellikleri vurgulanmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde, ortaöğretim kurumlarında resim-iş dersi sorunları ele alınmış, resim-iş dersi müfredat programlarının son durumu, milli eğitim şuralarında sanat eğitimi hakkında ele alınan gelişmeler, son bölümde ise; ortaöğretim kurumlarında sanat eğitimi çalışmalarında karşılaşılan sorunlar ve bu sorunlara çözüm yolları önerilmiştir.

SUMMARY The future of the system which has been started to be established with the call of the Republic was depended on the renewals and changes in education field. The works to give art lessons a contemporary content have been carried on today by bringing the education widespreud. But, all the results of the tries to effect the education plans could not be successful. While trying to evuluate the situation with a critisising approach, it's aimed to bring art lessons to a more qualified structure in secondary schools in the fro^e of teachers, students and society. This study consists five basic parts, In the first part, general problems were pointed aut. In the second part, education of art teachers and their problems, in the third part, while making a general evaluation of art education targets and principles contents and subjects of the education and physicological and social features of the students between the ages 12-15 and 15-18 have been emphasized. In the fourth part, the present situation of art lesson plans, the problems of art lessons in secondary schools, art education topics in councils of national education and the last part, the problems came out in the art study in secondary schools and some solutions to them are being proposed.
