Eugene O`neill`in İmparator Jones adlı yapıtına ekoeleştirel yaklaşım

Abstract

Bu yüksek lisans tezi giriş ve sonuç bölümleri dâhil olmak üzere toplam beş bölümden oluşmaktadır.Giriş bölümünde çalışmamızın ana hatları tanıtılmıştır. Birinci bölümde ekoeleştirinin doğuşu ve bir disiplin haline gelişi irdelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde ekoeleştirinin kuramsal çerçevesi hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde Eugene O'Neill'in The Emperor Jones adlı yapıtı ekoeleştirel yaklaşımla incelenmiştir.Sonuç bölümünde çalışmamızın bulguları üzerinde durulmuştur.

This M.A Thesis consists of three chapters with an introduction and a conclusion. Introduction gives relevant information and the thesis statement on the outline of this study. The first chapter examines the emergence of ecocriticism and its process of becoming a discipline. The second chapter gives information on the theory of ecocriticism. The third chapter examines The Emperor Jones by Eugene O?Neill through ecocriticial approach. Conclusion discusses the findings of the study.
