Abstract
Bu çalısma İttihat ve Terakki Cemiyeti'nin liderlerinden Dr.Bahaeddin SakirBey'in hayatı, eserleri ve fikirlerini konu almaktadır.O bir doktordu. Askeri Tıbbiye'den mezun oldu. Fakat tıptan daha çok siyasetleilgilendi. II. Abdülhamit dönemindeki siyasi faaliyetlerinden dolayı Paris'e kaçtı. Oradacemiyetin yayın organı ?Sura-yı Ümmet? Gazetesi'nin liderliğini üstlendi. Jön Türkleribir araya getirmeyi denedi. Mesrutiyetin ikinci defa ilanı için çalıstı. Daha sonraTürkiye'ye döndü. Ermeni Tehciri ve I.Dünya Savası esnasında Ermenilere ve Ruslarakarsı savastı. Bu yüzden ?ttihat ve Terakki Cemiyeti'nin ünlü isimleri Talat, Enver veCemal Pasalarla birlikte bir kere daha yurtdısına çıktı.Ermeni teröristler tarafından Berlin'de sehit edildi. He had graduated from the military school of medicine. But hewas interested in politics. He stayed away to Paris because of his political activities inAbdülhamid II?s era. In Paris, he became the leader of the ?Sura-yı Ümmet? Newspaperwhich was published by the committee for union and progress. He tried to bring theYoung Turks together. He worked for the declaration of the constitutional monarchysecond time. Then he came in Turkey. In the emigration of Armenian and the FirstWorld War, he fighted against Armenians and Russians. Thus he went abroad withTalat, Enver and Cemal pashas again.In Berlin, he was killed while serving for the Turkish state by the Armenianterrorists.
