Abstract

Mühimme defterleri Divân-ı Hümâyun'da görüşülen önemli siyasî, iktisadî ve sosyal olayları içeren karar defterlerdir. Mühimme Defterleri, Divân-ı Hümâyûn'a ait fermân sûretlerinin bir araya getirilmesiyle oluşmuştur. Bu defterler Osmanlı Devleti'nin merkez ve taşra teşkilatındaki idarî ve askerî kurumlarının karşılıklı ilişkileri, çalışma tarzları ve işlevleri hakkında önemli bir kaynak oluşturmaktadır. 1591 ? 1592 yıllarına ait olan 69 Numaralı Mühimme Defteri toplam 336 sayfa olup 650 hüküm ihtiva etmektedir. Transkripsiyonuyla beraber, tahlil ve değerlendirilmesi yapılan 69 numaralı mühime defteri, III. Murad dönemi sosyal siyasî ve ekonomik olaylarını etmektedir. Transkripsiyondan önce, defterin anlaşılmasına katkıda bulunabilecek devrin siyasî olaylarıyla birlikte divân-ı hümâyunun isleyişinden ve mühime defterlerinin özelliklerinden bahsedilmiştir. Sonrasında defterin muhtevası değerlendirilip özetli transkripsiyon kısmına geçilmiştir.

Mühimme registers are the books of decision that include important political, economic and social events discussed in the Divan-ı Hümayun. Mühimme Registers compile the copies of the orders of the Ottoman Divan. The Muhimme Register Number 69 which belongs to the years 1591-1592 is 336 pages and contains 650 verdicts. The Mühimme register of Number 59, which is transcribed, analyzed and evaluated in this study, includes is one of the social political and economic events of the reign of Murad III. In the section before the transcription part, political events of the period, the operation of the Divan-ı Hümayun and characteristics of mühimme registers are mentioned. Then the content of the related book is evaluated and it is followed by the transcription section. In the conclusion, there are the index and the original text.
