Toplumsal değişim ve sinema: Sovetler sonrası Rus sinemasında sosyal problemlerin temsili

Abstract

Sinema bir gelenek olarak toplumda hakim olan değerleri ve kuralları, idealleri ve hevesleri temsil etmektedir. Böylece toplum ve sinema sanatı birbirine hem sebep hem sonuç olarak bağlı, sinema hem toplumun aynası hem de toplumsal gerçekliğin eleştiricisidir. Ya da toplumsal gerçekliğin kurgulama araçlarından birisidir. Sinemanın bu özelliklerini dikkate alınarak işbu çalışmanın konusu olarak `Sovyetler Sonrası Rus Sinemasında Sosyal Problemlerin Temsili` seçilmiştir. Bu tez çalışmasının amacı, sinema ve sosyoloji ilişkisi çerçevesinde, Sovyet sonrası Rus sinemasında 90'ların toplumunu nasıl ele alındığını, bu toplumda hangi sosyal problemler olduğunu, hangi problemler üzerinde yoğunlaştığını ve bu problemlere yönelik hangi yorumlar yapıldığını ortaya çıkarmaktır. Çalışma iki bölümünden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde 1990'ların Rusya tarihi, siyasal, ekonomik ve toplumsal gelişmeler ışığında Rusya'da olmuş dönüşümler ele alınmıştır. Sosyalist ekonomiden piyasa ekonomisine hızlı bir geçişten dolayı ortaya çıkmış sorunlar ve onların topluma etkisi incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise, Sovyet Sosyalist Cumhuriyetler Birliği sonrası Rusya'da görülen sosyal problemler anlatılmış ve 1990'ların Rus yapımı filmlerinde bu sosyal problemlerin nasıl temsil edildiği sorunu irdelenmiştir. Cinema as a tradition represents values, principles, ideals and aspirations which are prevailing in society. Thus, community and cinema art is related to each other as a reason and result in cinema reflect as a mirror of society and also a critic of social reality or it is one of the manipulating tools of social reality. Considering such characteristics of the cinema as the subject, this study (`Representation of Social Problems in Post-Soviet Russian Cinema`) is selected.The purpose of this study, within the framework of cinema and sociology relations discusses how community in the 90's were represented in Russian cinema, which social problems this community has, on which problems cinema is focused on and what comments are made about these problems.The study consists of two parts. In the first part, in the light of 1990's Russian historical, political, economical and social developments and transformations in Russia have been discussed. Cause of rapid transition from socialist economy to market economy, emerged various problems and their impact on society are also examined. In the second part, after the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, which social problems are seen in Russia is described and how these problems were represented in 1990's Russian made films is investigated.Keywords: Cinema, Russian Cinema, Social problems Representation İn Cinema
